I’ve stayed at this four season and many others, and this trip was disappointing. Several mistakes, oversights, and incorrect orders. And the amenities are overly congested, elevator was broken, steam room was not clean, spa showers had broken shelves — not the four season level.

The staff was outstanding. One complaint the bathroom shower was hazardous. Also the hairdryer was awful. Expected better from the Four Seasons.

This Four Seasons stay did not disappoint. The staff was attentive and friendly, our room was clean and as advertised, and the location was incredibly walkable to restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again. A+, Four Seasons! A+.

Called for ice, never received it, even though promised. Overall, clean and pleasant, amazing bedding and bed sheets. Room service selection and presentation rather underwhelming.

Bathroom products were not very good. Smell like Pooh. No turn down service and less “amenities” than expected from a four seasons property. The restaurant was not up to par compared to other four seasons and I found the dj in the lobby kinda off center to the whole experience. Other than that we had an amazing time and would surly return . Thanks

The view is absolutely unbeatable, the service and amenities impeccable, the staff are professional and friendly, thoughtful touches abound, and the taste level in the design is superb. I have stayed in some top-notch hotels the world over and this ranks among the very very very best.

My Husband And I Loved Everything About This Beautiful Four Seasons Chicago Property!! We Were Treated So Well From The Valet To Front Desk To Room Keepers To The Whole Staff, The Employees Are So Kind And Very Helpful!! The Property Is Very Classy, Clean, And The Lake And City Views Are Breathtaking!! The Property Is Centrally Located So Lots Of Dining Shopping And Events Within Walking Distance Or Short Uber Drive. The Four Seasons Chicago Is A Great Choice For Your Stay In Downtown Chicago, We Would Highly Recommend This Property And We Can’t Wait To Visit Here Again!

The family friendly amenities on the website were not accurate. There was no “treasure chest” at check-in, no cute tent like on the website. We were simply handed a toy. Disappointed. We won’t be back.
