I didn’t like the idea that u have to pay to park so I won’t be coming back there

There was a large dirty black sock left behind from the previous occupant. It’s was left on the floor next to one of the beds. Other than that hotel was fine. Elevator situation is always bad at this hotel.

We stay every year couple times go to St Louis Cardinal games. It’s convenient, good safe parking, friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast with happy hour in afternoon. We will see you again this fall.

Clean, comfortable room; breakfast buffet was delicious; evening "kickback" was a pleasant surprise - enough snack foods to make a meal. Easy walk to Union Station. Onsite parking for a fee. Pleasant, welcoming staff. Great place to stay.

We came for the weekend and had a great stay! Right across the street from Union Station and a short Uber ride to the City Museum & the Zoo.
Best part was I left behind my shoes and they were turned in after checkout! Everyone was very friendly and we had a great stay!

Clean and comfortable. Everything worked. The pool and hot tub were nice. The complimentary evening food/drink and breakfast is really nice and great for families! The location next to Union Station is perfect and walkable to the arch, Bush Stadium.

Absolutely amazing, great comfortable room, very clean.Complementary dinner wasnt the best, but it edible and free, so I definitely cant complain. Staff went above and beyond and were very kind. Will Absolutely be staying there again.

Easy check-In, helpful staff, loved the parking garage, and off street area to unload luggage. Very quiet room with an extremely comfortable bed. We will be back for another stay soon!!

The woman doing the overnight check ins was the only bad part. She was very rude and impatient. She was very bothered by the time we checked in and when we apologized for the inconvenience she said we weren't the only ones who ruined her night and made her run behind. With the money we spend on staying somewhere nice it is ridiculous to have that kind of service.

Hit all the necessities. Nothing too fancy, but just what we expected. Offered snacks and drinks. We didn’t partake but it appeared several did. Great location to Union Station. Lombardo’s restaurant in building was also fantastic. Friend staff and clean.

I always love staying in this hotel when I come to St. Louis. It’s close to the aquarium and Wheel and within walking distance if you are going to a concert at Enterprise center. Breakfast is the best I’ve seen in any hotel and the evening kickback is an added bonus with 3 free drinks and food for the guests for each night. Staff is friendly and very helpful if you need something.

The room was clean and staff was really friendly. The only complaint i had was i paid extra for a city view and ended up getting a view of the ferris wheel which was still pretty but not what i wanted.

Please be aware that we had to pay 19 for parking on top of the hotel cost. The shower head is a large round one. I prefer the smaller ones. Also the fridge is also small and wasn’t very cold.

Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was hot when we arrived at 77 degrees. Air conditioner couldn’t keep up all night and the room just stayed warm. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. Shower had only half pressure. Breakfast was ok.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is older, but immaculate. Parking is easy. So close to Union Station and the Enterprise Center. Our room was clean, comfortable and updated. Highly recommend

Great downtown location. Walkable to Bush Stadium and all the entertainment. Friendly staff, great breakfast too. We enjoyed our stay.

We come back each year to St. Louis and always stay at the Union Station Drury Inn. It feels like we are with family. Staff are friendly and so helpful. Clean and well appointed rooms. Everything is so close. Food is very good. Wonderdul safe option when visitng downtown. Excellent price for all you get especially fir families.

Hotel hallways were incredibly cold. Hot tub was dirty. Water in bathroom took forever to get warm. The bed was very uncomfortable. We were booked to stay 2 nights, but canceled the 2nd due to these issues.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.

My stay on December 23, I was in room 330. I left my AirPods in the room. When I arrived at the Amtrak station, I immediately called guest services. The woman who I spoke with, let me know that she would call me back to let me know if they were found, or we’re not found. Either way, she told me that she would let me know. The guest services attended never called me back. Whenever my son, and I travel to St. Louis to see a blues game, we have stayed here. A simple request for assistance in a lost item is handled such as this, I’m not sure if we will stay here again.

We liked that it was right next to Union Station. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast in the morning was very good also. It was a beautiful old building.

The Indoor pool and proximity to union station is great. I have stayed here before and always have a good experience the staff is nice and freindly. Also there is breakfast included which is always nice not to have to leave to eat.
There is even a light dinner called kick back and some cocktails for adults. We didn’t eat in the hotel for dinner but it was nice to have a choice.

I’ve always had a good stay at Drury inns. But this stay was not. We picked this hotel because it was a suite and walking distance to the enterprise center. The walk was a little sketchy past several homeless tents but overall the location was convenient.
However, this hotel was expensive and definitely not nice. The room was small and dated, beds were very uncomfortable. There were nerds under the couch bed, and socks. The staff wasn’t at front desk when we tried to check in. I called and asked for extra blankets and pillows and they never came. The heater was extremely loud and rattled. This hotel was only worth half what we paid for it. Fortunately we were only there for one night. We will not stay here again.
