Breakfast was pathetic a few biscuits with lukewarm gravy out of oj at 830 no eggs or waffles. Room was clean but smelled like smoke and mildew.. No microwave in room . Bed comfortable enough . Would be ok for just a night but i stayed 3.

My room wasn't ready, but I was given an upgraded room. Amenities were sufficient. Though the "heat lamps" were just red lights, the wiring set up would not have held the load of 4 warming bulbs. The sheets were clean, and comfortable, the mattress was very firm [like 8-9], and seemed like it was new. The room I was given was in an area still under construction, however it was barely noticeable construction was taking place. It was apparent the room had not been used in a couple of weeks probably, in ways that were apparent only if you know what to look for. I didn't spend much time there, except to sleep. I was disappointed the waffle maker was broken, but the breakfast was fresh, and coffee was plentiful, and that was refreshing. By far not the worst place I've ever seen.

I'm such a cheap hotel girl, but this sucked. I specifically booked a room with a king bed for the tub, and I was told upon check-in that they were all out of king rooms even though there were maybe a total of 10 cars in the parking lot, but whatever. I'll survive. Or so I thought until I had to pass through a set of double doors with "Do not enter. This area is under construction," signs on my way to the room. Can't say I loved that. Can't say I saw any construction either. Or anything that looked like it had been constructed in the last decade. But the room was really the issue. There were hairs all over the room. Im not talking short, little, easy-to-miss beard hairs either. I'm talking long, dark hairs in the sink, on the bed, and all on the floor. My feet were black from walking on the floor. The duvet I assume was originally white was a deep, nasty yellow color I didn't see until the morning, and I about gagged when I realized I slept on it. The bathroom door had to be slammed to close it only to reveal black handprints and pure nastiness on the back of the door. The FRIDGE had suspicious white stains on it. I was by myself in an almost empty hotel in a not-so-great neighborhood, so I really didn't feel comfortable complaining or saying anything at all, so, in their defense, I didn't give them the opportunity to fix any of this. However, I also think the room was bad enough that they didn't really deserve a chance to fix it. Because I have low standards. THAT was nasty.

They appear to be updating some things. But a good cleaning is needed - it would make the stay a bit more comfortable.

Service was good , bed/bedding was good , room was clean . Part of door was broken , key-card was at times extremely a problem . Breakfast was good , price thru Expedia was good . Would stay again .

Clean quiet room

We went for the Big Ten Championship game and this place was only a 15 minute drive to all the festivities for a fraction of the cost. It is simple and no frills but safe and clean.

Never again. The hotel smelled like mildew. Our shower curtain was moldy. Woke up in the morning to find a dead cockroach in the bed!

Nice clean spot

I Was unaware the place was under renovation until we arrived. The room was not clean and there were no towels. Apparently, their maintenance staff has a shift that ends at Midnight. Unfortunately, our room was across the hall from the Laundry Room. Several people could be heard conversing and arguing in the hallway. This continued for about a half hour. We checked out in the morning without taking a shower even though the desk clerk delivered towels to our room. The shower appeared unclean and had hair in the drain. Overall, not a good experience.

Property and room were very dirty - hair in the bed and shower, soap residue and some mold in bathroom, floor was extremely dirty, AC was extremely loud and musty. smell of marijuana in the hotel. Positive is staff and GM were accommodating

Would stay here again

The worst hotel experience ever. Dirty. Noisy. Very bad breakfast. Near no welcome. Gym corner closed. I don't even know how this kind of hotel could still be running, :( what a shame.

I do not want to leave the impression that service was poor ... it was not ... simply beyond the control of the overworked gentleman at the check-in counter. He was overwhelmed with a large group, myself and a small family all trying to check-in at the same time. In addition, 2 other guest were having issues with their room keys which he had to resolve. He was handling all of this with tact and a smile ... He really deserves at least a raise, and perhaps some addition help. And apparently one of the guests was rather distraught due to CAR-JACKING that occurred in the parking lot the night before. None of this adds up to an enjoyable experience. All carpets throughout the facility are faded and seemed dirty. The banister was cracked in places and also seemed dirty. The room itself had an odd smell to it, the bathroom was unkempt and seemed dirty, and the bed was horribly out of shape and too soft. When I came down for breakfast/coffee in the morning 2 of the 3 serving trays were empty. Overall a very poor showing.

The outside environment is dirty

This was the grossest place ever!! It was beyond dirty!! The entire place smelled like pot!! There wasn’t any Shampoo!!

Really nice hotel with the best staff! Very attentive, very welcoming and good atmosphere! I’ll stay again!!!

Traffic on the road was sometimes pretty loud, very good otherwise.

Horribly run down site

There was a mouse running around my room for 30 minutes, We had to run the tub for 5 minutes in order to get hot water from the shower, The floor outside of the restroom was sticky, The air conditioner was making this horrible noise when you turn it on and when I spoke with the hotel staff, I was told that the manager would probably not refund my money. And on top of all of that the coffee maker had mold in the back of it and on my second day, the entire motel smelt like moth balls.

The parking lot was in very bad shape and it did not give a good first impression. That said the gentleman at the counter was very nice but seemed to have to do everything himself (counter, serve breakfast, etc.).

Attended a convention with daughter. Location was good hotel lobby clean halls somewhat dated. Liked the cash payment option thank you! Parking lot dirty outside landscaping needs some work.. kids in adjacent rooms were loud. people outside smoking not sure if they belonged there food needed to be better stocked no yogurt first day out of cereal. and bacon or sausage

This is not what i expected from a Quality Inn. It was very dirty, the rooms smelled and the clerk had to show me how to open a door to the room because the door handle was broken. NEVER stay at this hotel!!

We found bedbugs in our room. We never stayed and when I asked for them not to charge my credit card, the desk clerk told me my card hadn’t yet been charged, but it was. He told me the manager would call me back, but I haven’t received a call as yet. I should be refunded.

They had no wash clothes no batteries in the controller it smelt like weed when you walked in it was very trashy

We had to get a different room due to stains on both beds and we had a stain on one of our other beds luckly we had 2 beds and picked the better of the two. One of the rooms had a hole in the wall our chair had stains on it. Not cleanest at all

The staff was super friendly. The hotel is ruin down, worn carpet, and peeling paint. The hot water was slow to warm. The room thermostat had limited controls working. Limited breakfast options. The staff was the only real bright spot.
