Hotel is old and not well maintained. The room has smell and it has cockroche. Very disappointed staying here.

I like that it’s not as crowded as other hotels.

Rooms are a little dated, need more power outlets or usb ports. Staff are very courteous and breakfasts is excellent. I would also suggest trying the ensaymada at the lobby coffee shop. Great location, close to everything we needed.

I like the location it was very nice and convenient for everyone because it surrounded by different stores like 7/11,Starbucks,Jollibee and 10 minutes walking you can go to SM Megamall,etc. The breakfast was also delicious and they served various of foods for the taste of their customers.I really like also the kind and service of the security staff and crew of the Hotel their are so generous.

With a booking it was odd that it took longer for me to register than another guest whose registration process started after mine was already initiated.

Friendly, helpful, cheerful staff. Amazing stay. Hotel is strategically located. Very close to SM Megamall, 7-11, church, and restaurant. Hotel has a gym (although it needs better air-conditioning system). I will come back for sure and will also recommend.

I like the location because it is close to the mall, rrstaurants, bank and convenience store. The things that I did not like is I can hear the noise from the other room and there is a cockroach in my bed which made me checked out sooner than scheduled.

Below is my personal experience : 1. So many ants coming from nowhere to the desk (but the reception did get me a new room immediately). 2. The safe and phone didn't work properly. Safe's door couldn't pop out automatically. 3. This was my own problem but I got a huge allergy to the carpet and kept sneezing during the stay. But the staff is nice and friendly! Breakfast is ok. As an old hotel like Richmonde, overall it is well maintained, clean and organized.

The Deluxe Room we occupied for 3 nights are not in great shape. Bathroom has some molds build up in the corners of the bath tub. Carpets needs a deep cleaning (shampoo and hot steam would be great) or maybe change the carpets as it seems it was the first carpets since the hotel built. Furniture also needs an update/change. Room is not equipped with microwave. We paid 100 for a one time used of the microwave at the hotel’s cafeteria. Local calls on a line land has a charge also. We are now thinking not to check-in with Richmonde Hotel Ortigas in the future as it was not really a greeat experience for our first time. The only thing was staff are really friendly and professional when dealing with us.

The place is excellent and staff very accommodating and helpful. Angel the check in staff is superb. The 2 security guards are excellent not only watching your transportation but also carry your luggage. Special mention to guard Mr. Ahat giving brief history about the hotel since working for 12 years and the other guard did not get his name also working for 7 years. I cannot wait to stay again if will accept walk in.

Great location to our office and shopping. Good facilities and good price

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Easy access to everything and staff are excellent. The only downside was the fact that the booking is for 1 adult and 3 children and the room they provided only have 2 single bed. Booked the same the following night with other same category hotel on the same area with the same price and was provided s massive room with 2 double bed. But all in all we have a lovely stay.

The staff was very polite, and helpful. The location was unexpectedly further from the airport than anticipated and with the horrible traffic in the city, it made exploring the city more difficult.

Upon arrival, I just realised that they have run out of the deluxe rooms so they gave me junior suite which is a free upgrade. Definitely a comfortable experience throughout my stay.

The basement parking was just very tight for 2 way traffic (hard to navigate) and the 2nd floor smelled like smoke from the smoking room. But other than that, the rooms were comfortable & clean. Staff was helpful.
