It was comfortable, clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. I didn’t have any complaints. Truly enjoyed this stay.

Great place! Everyone was nice, the place was clean, not falling apart. Tons of places to eat or do a little shopping all right there within a few minutes driving time, it was a great place to stay!

Nice, conveniently located to everything I needed- restaurants, shopping. Right off freeway. Pool. Free breakfast. Great bed pillows, adequate lighting, fridge.

The hotel was very nice. I was very happy to see that they have bananas in their breakfast today and the best were pretty comfortable. The room was very spacious and the sink was very nice. I liked the soap bar and the seating area in the lobby was very comfy.

The room was extremely small, the carpet was not clean on the right side of bed. There were no amenities, such as shampoo, shower caps or soap.
After my experience I will not stay in a Hampton Inn again.

I was very happy with our room and the overall hotel for the price. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was better than most hotels offer. The location worked well for us. It was easy to get to and the places we wanted to visit were only about 15 minutes away. The room and facility were very clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint - they need towel bars in the bathroom since housekeeping comes in every other day. The staff were very helpful and we could have changed out our towels each day, no problem. The heated indoor pool was very nice after a rather cold day.

Everything was nice, but if you want a microwave in your room you’ll have to ask for one. Everything was clean and check in and out was easy.

Even though this property is more than 35 years old, it was well maintained and had the feel of a new property. It was updated nicely, and staff made check-in easy and efficient. Rooms were small, but nice. Breakfast was a hit with the family.

Staff was very average, not very knowledgeable about most items. They did not know about location of visitor attractions or transportation. The front desk staff was mostly nice but not exceptional. Aaron was very nice and helpful. The breakfast bar staff was very nice and very accommodating.
The big complaint we have is being placed next door to a guest with a large dog that howled when it needed to be walked. There was a sign that said no pets except service animals. It did not seem to be a service animal.
The next time I will preselect an upper floor room and prefer not to be placed near an animal owner. I would not choose this hotel under most circumstances.

The property was fine. I had book a room that stated… sleeps 5. So.. was thinking there was a pull out bed. There was not. I called front desk.. they said no.. we have a roll away if you would like.. for a charge. Not what I booked.

The trash can in front of hotel was over flowing every time i walked by. Their beds are the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed at. The pillows weren't great so we brought our own. Great hotel

The property was fine. The staff was a sketchy. But we were only there for 5 hours and the fire alarm went off at 4 am and everyone had to go outside in the middle of the night. There was no fire.

We love staying at this Hampton Inn when we are in the K.C. area. The staff is friendly, the room is very comfortable, and there are restaurants and stores nearby. It is very easy access to and from I-35.

After the experience that we had at the Hampton Inn in Topeka (Noisy and a couple of things broken that we pointed out and I would bet they are still not fixed) this experience was like day and night.

The room for two adults with three children turned out to be significantly smaller than in two similar hotels in other cities. Most likely, we were provided with a room for four, while I paid for a family room for five people...

We arrived very late, the young lady at the counter was very polite and pleasant. The following morning, they were serving breakfast, the Manager was at the counter then at the kitchen area, cleaning, stacking up and making sure everything was available for breakfast. I found his involvement wonderful, he went around greeted people and removing plates and utensils used from the tables. Place was very clean, and personal items were available for us. We had a horrible day and got stuck in that area, I was happy we picked this hotel, safe clean and the staff was very nice. Thank you :)
