This hotel is very clean, it's only 3 years old so everything was in good shape... Except... Water pressure is almost non-existent. One morning there wasn't enough pressure to make the shower work. Also, the sink in our room was very close to completely clogged. Something I'm sure the maintenance people will fix with no problem, but still a bit of an annoyance. We happened to be there at a time of a major storm in the area, so the truck bringing the supplies for breakfast wasn't able to make it, so breakfast was a bit lacking. That, of course, is not the hotels fault, they can't control the weather!
The staff was very nice and courteous, the rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Overall, a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

We stayed here twice in 10 days and both times there was no hot water for a shower and the water pressure was close to 0. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and nice. I was going to make a cup of coffee but the coffee pot looked like it hadn't been used or cleaned in weeks. Very dusty and disgusting. I chose not to make coffee. Housekeeping needs to be sure to clean that little nook on a more regular basis. The breakfast on our last stay had very little to offer. That was disappointing.

Fast and friendly check-in, no deposit charged, super clean and well maintained facilities, room was perfect, looks new! Even the hallways are air conditioned. Drains in sink and tub are clean and clog-free! Location is perfect, lots of well-lit parking, close to restaurants and fast foods, close to the temple of The Church if Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall the best Microtel I have stayed at. However the HVAC and refrigerater were very noisy. The HVAC apparently had something stuck in the fan and the refrigerator gave off a gurgling noise. Luckily we did not need to use the HVAC system much but the refrigerator disturbed our sleep. The rest of the stay was excellent.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. However, the toilet needed repair and tended to run. Also, they had run out of waffle batter. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Needed a place to get some rest and do a little work, this was not a scheduled stop so was looking for an inexpensive place to stay that was half decent. This place was perfect. Clean, quiet and you would expect to pay a lot more. Staff was courteous and helpful. Not far from the interstate and a short drive to many places to eat. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The bed were comfortable. The room was mostly clean, at least the beds and the bathroom. There were boogers smeared on one of the walls, luckily on a surface i never had to touch.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was in good condition and had everything we needed in a place to stay. The breakfast options were actually surprisingly diverse and we were able to get back on our road trip with a full stomach. The staff was great and both check in and out went very smoothly.

When we arrived we were pleased at the location as it was in the same area as the hotels we normally select when staying in the area so we assumed a similar quality based on the reviews.
Check in was fine and we were assured that our room was non-smoking.
It was definitely not. Fortunately someone from the front desk came up and cleaned the counters and sprayed air freshener which helped a bit, but that smell shouldn’t have gotten past housekeeping.
We woke up to shower and found the water pressure extremely poor but worse yet there was no hot water at 8am which made the start to the day highly unpleasant.
The breakfast was unimpressive compared to similar brands.
Overall I was not satisfied with this stay.
It was bad enough that a significant portion of the payment probably should have been refunded.

We stayed one night and decided to stay another night. We were told there were no rooms so we went back to the car and found online that the motel had three rooms available so we booked one and went back in. The clerk apologized and we went to the room. The shower just barely trickled water so no shower that night. When we went home the next day, my wife emailed the motel that we were unhappy about the shower. She got an email back that they remembered us and it was our fault for booking online after we were told that there were no rooms. What that had to do with the shower, we don't know. We come to Liberty often but will never stay there again.

Check in was quick and convenient. However when I tried to make coffee there was still coffee in it and had not been cleaned. Made me question how clean everything really was 😬 Counter space was very limited and bathroom was tiny. Beds were very comfy though and overall it was a decent enough stay with a few missteps .

We did not stay here. We called in the early afternoon and tried to cancel due to absolutely horrendous weather conditions where we were. Cars upside down in ditches, etc. We were told that they would not consider canceling under any circumstances despite it being early enough in the day that the room could have been resold.

Super friendly staff the GM went above and beyond she was friendly efficient and overall a great person the hotels breakfast was amazing. The housekeepers were so nice, helpful and considerate of my young kids. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in I will only stay at microtel from here on out! Price was ok. Pet friendly but room smelled. Property was not as clean as it should be. Breakfast was weak -waffles or toast/bagels. Ended up at that chicken drive thru for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Don't plan to return.
