The staff was amazing and took great care of my reservation. The room was comfortable and clean. The walls are very thin and I had extremely loud neighbors and kids running up and down the halls. Very loud. Only complaint was the noise from others is easily heard

This was a very friendly and comfortable place to stay for two days. Loved the park and the memorial also. Good diner next door. Loved it.

Dismayed to see that the lotion and shampoos at this hotel were made in China. Since they don’t have safety and quality controls over their business, it is much kinder for hotels to buy from American companies.
Hope they aren’t buying food products from China, but how would we know?!

Probably the only place around with a pool, which affected my decision. I wanted a place to relax in the evening. The pool temp could have been a few degrees warmer for my taste.
The room was good sized and had all the amenities I needed. I like a firm bed and this one was quite nice.
The breakfast could have used a little more variety, but it was free, so I can't complain very much.

This was our first stay at the Bitterroot River Inn and Conference Center. Everything was spot on. Staff was friendly, room was clean with extra care taken in presentation of towels and cleanliness of room. We will definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful facility! All staff we interacted with (front desk, breakfast host and housekeeping) were very friendly and always had a smile on their face! The continental breakfast was wonderful! I didn't note we needed 2 connected rooms when reserving, so I called to confirm and they were totally accomodating.

The only issue we had was the heater /fan unit in the room sounded like a boeing jet all night had no sleep either to hot or to cold and the fan unit need to be upgraded to a newer quitter split system

We so enjoyed our quiet Christmas Eve in the Bitterroot Inn! We experienced the pool, sauna and jacuzzi, and really had ourselves a mini vacation before being with the family on Christmas. We will be coming back for NO REASON AT ALL when we want a little vacation. Thank you!

room was clean, but when I pulled the covers back and laid in bed, there were little pebble rocks between the mattress and the blankets. Hot tub jets were next to nothing for pressure. When you turn them on, you could barely see a change. There was no shampoo or conditioner for showering. I didn’t bring any because I was only there for one night. I figured I would just use theirs. When anybody turns on their tub/shower around your room it is super loud!

I had to have surgery in Hamilton and I don't live in the area so I got a room at the Bitterroot River Inn and I am so happy I did. They treated me amazing and we so helpful! Thank you yo the whole team at Bitterroot River Inn!

Not the properties fault but somone had a group of boys they let them run wild. Up and down the halls in the breakfast room. I didnf care but elderly people probably not intrested in a pile of kids being turds unspervises. Of course again property staff 100. Beautiful place. Thank you.

Very comfortable stay, with a nice hot breakfast, very kind staff, very clean facilities, a wonderful bed, great heating and room HVAC, 24/7 pool and hot tub, with a nice sports bar/restaurant a minute away by foot. Lovely 4-night stay.

We really enjoyed our night at the Bitterroot River Inn. The room was quiet, the staff was helpful, breakfast was tasty and nutritious. It was a great place to stay!

I did not like finding several black hairs in my tub prior to anyone in my party showering. There were also several used linen items such as towels, and wash cloths left above the shower on the shower curtain leading me to believe there had not been anyone checking for dirty linens. When I spoke to the front desk, I feel like I was ignored regarding these issues.

The background scenery and pond was our view from our third floor room very beautiful and a very good breakfast served each morning.
