Didn’t like the design of the bathroom at all, you will get wet whenever you want to wash your face. Pillows are not conformatble

So nice hotel except who designed the bathroom. The shelf is right above the sink which made it hard to brush your teeth or have a shave. The shower sprayed out of the bathroom so there was water in the entrance. And the toilet was also loose, so sitting on it you thought you could break it (I’m glad I didn’t have too much to drink). I could also hear lots of noise throughout the night of people talking and music playing. I had to put a shirt over the iPad light so it was dark in the room.

Lovely room, very clean and tidy- bed was comfortable and good linen. Room service was quick and very friendly. Great view from my room. Food was nice. Would stay again

Loved QT. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day by lovely ladies who were friendly and always had a smile for you. The shampoo and soaps were great, been trying to find where i can buy these in Adelaide. if there was a 10 out of 10 i would give them a 10 - hope you see you again next year

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the interior was beautifully designed and parking was hassle-free, there were a few aspects that left me with mixed feelings. The room was clean and comfortable, but the additional charge for coffee, on top of the already paid breakfast, felt unnecessary. It's disheartening when basic amenities come with an extra cost. Moreover, my attempt to enjoy the pool was hindered by the early reservation system for cabanas. By 9 o'clock in the morning, all cabanas were fully booked, leaving no chairs available. The cabanas can be booked for $70 a day there are only around ten which leaves around 20 free loungers which were all taken just after breakfast, so relaxing around the pool was not an option. In summary, while the hotel has its merits, the extra fees and the limited poolside experience left me with a less-than-ideal impression.
