We really enjoyed our stay in the 1-bedroom villa. Plenty of space for four people, and the location was great - right across the street from the ski shuttle bus stop and great views from the rooftop hot tub. Our one complaint is that the kitchenette doesn’t have a stove and the hotel couldn't provide a hot plate (although they were kindly able to give us a crockpot).

This hotels sits in one of the most gorgeous settings in the USA. I have been traveling the world for a long time and Avon is breath taking. The quality of the hotel is off the charts. Highly recommended.

Had a nice stay; room exactly as advertised, nice kitchen and supplies. Nice central location and easy access to Beaver Creek. Big bathroom and shower. Nice pool area. Highly recommend

Our stay at Sheraton was like at home. The view was breathtaking and the resort provided with all the needed amenities. Staff was friendly, courteous and willing to help all the time. We will definitely revisit the hotel and the area.

Please was nice. Didn’t realize a 2 bedroom condo was just two separate condos with a door open between them. But it worked and the steak and hot tub situation was great!

Great location. Convenient and practical room layouts with a full kitchen. Ski shop in the property is a big plus. What could improve: the rooms and furniture could use some updating, they are tired. Our room also smelled of smoke and something else that we couldn't tell if it came from the hot tub or the fireplace. Water could also be complimentary in the rooms. Other than that, we would likely stay here again.

Not the worst place we’ve stayed but definitely NOT the best. The biggest issue was noise. Highway noise was one thing and expected with proximity to interstate; however, it was unexpected that we’d be able to hear our neighbors conversations through the adjoining wall/locked suite door. Our children were on the pullout sofa and could not sleep multiple nights due to the noise next door and from the hallway. There was a ripped kitchen chair, carpet issues, the pullout was gross, and overall the place could use updating. We were pleasantly surprised to find there was laundry in the room though.

The hotel and room were fantastic. There is a great pool and hot tub on the ground level and on Level 7 is a fantastic fitness centre with premium equipment plus two more hot tubs, one undercover and the other one outside, all of which have great views towards the mountains. The ski bus stop is just outside the hotel and the huge city supermarket and shops/dining etc are all within an easy ten minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Being a parent of 2 young boys, what I appreciated the most about this property was the very spacious outdoor pool which was heated to a comfortable temperature. They had nice indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
Also, they had a very cool gaming area with ping pong, pool, foosball, and various arcade games on the top floor. Very cool!

I would have rated five stars except that our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:00 p.m. It wasn't ready until 4:30 p.m. After a long drive, it is very upsetting when this happens. The room was beautiful, and the hotel was immaculate. We enjoyed relaxing in two of the three hot tubs (both on the top level) after our hiking adventures. The elevators were super fast, and we never had to wait longer than a minute or so. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

This property was beautiful and we loved the layout of the room and our kids loved the upstairs playroom. The staff was friendly. The negative feedback is due to the room's lack of air conditioning. We kept all of the shades drawn the entire time we were staying at the hotel and all fans on their highest setting and our bedroom was 85 degrees during the day. During our stay, it did not cool off at night until 9 or 10pm at which point we would open the window and put the box fan there to pull in the cool air - this would allow the room to get more comfortable, but not early enough for our kids to sleep comfortably. We wanted to love this hotel, but we will definitely not be returning, especially during the Summer.

Great hotel at Avon, 10min from Vail city center. Amenities were great, very clean and spacious bedroom at Vila. We loved staying there!

We really would’ve love to cook there besides just a microwave there is pots and pans but no stove or oven

The property is perfectly located to anything you would want to do in Avon. We walked everywhere. The units have everything you need to make your stay affordable and fun! There is no AC, but this was not a problem for us as the weather was relatively mild so we just opened windows and sliders, and along with the ceiling fans it was great.
