I fell at the front door. Your front desk staffer saw me fall and completed a report which q no copy was given to me. Since the fall I have been in pain and will see a doctor to be checked.
Our first room had a tv channel problem, we had a phone problem in the second room we were given. There was no maintenance on site to fix anything. TheyThe front desk staffer was compassionate.

We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well kept. It was in an good, centrally located spot for our needs. We were very pleased with the staff friendliness and service. Would definitely stay there again if our travels warranted. Cassandra at the front desk was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional.

They double charged my dad for the same stay of night all because they told us to different story one over the phone and another when we had got there because they told us it was needed of adult supervision and to check in being that i was not of 21 age so my dad was supposed to had been the add on but that didn't happened or was done, so they made him book another over night stay on his card again which charged again that they said that couldn't do anything with the first cuz I was of under age so I couldn't check in and they didn't refund his money back for the first reservation!!!

Let the buyer beware!!! If you book this place, they have a strict no refund policy. So, if you simply don't like the place, or are in a bad car wreck, etc. Your money will be taken from you.

Before and during my checkin process Barbara was outstanding, She made sure my family and I ceckin process easy and assured my family and myself if we needed anything during our stay to phone the front desk and someone would handle any questions or concerns.

Check-In: Would not accept any of my CC or my wife CC at check-in. They did something and told us not to worry about it. When we got home there was a 290.00 hold on the account that should not have been there since they couldn't "access our CC" abd told us not to worry about it.
Room: Was supposed to be a microwave in the room. At least that's what we were told. No microwave. No maid service. They said to put used towels on the floor. We did but since there was no maid service we were screwed. Good thing there was another set. This place sucked

For such a busy area, it was difficult to get to restaurants.
I wasn't impressed by the breakfast. Chocolate and strawberry waffles? I'm not a kid. You had an oatmeal container, but no oatmeal. Other stuff seemed ok.

This property is located right off major highways and near premium attractions.
But, be aware of price and room descriptions, there are alot of small print details.
The staff is not attentive to inquiry or resolution.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Springs were felt when sleeping. Housekeeping did not speak English so we were unable to communicate that we needed more towels.

Stay was good - room was clean. Sink in the bathroom kept getting clogged so I eventually had to pull out the drain plug completely. The toilet wouldn’t stop running so every time I went I had to take the tank cover off to make the noise stop.
