Horrible in every way. We reserved a suite was given a standard was told that is all they have and we are lucky to be only paying the suite price for the basic room. The air conditioner was low on free on blowing cool air never cold air. Slept in a room that would not get below 70 degrees. Since blowing some air it wasn’t considered broken but we could have had received colder air from an open window and a fan than their air conditioner. The pool was closed because kids broke the glass entrance door things like that happen you can’t prevent accidents but staff did not seem to care it was an inconvenience for others. Location horrible across the street from sketchy porn store with no windows but did not have to worry about any of those customers coming to hotel because the street in between was a highway where cars were going 55 mph. So don’t let the kids run out the front door it is about 50 yards away from highway. So we were billed for a suite. Did not get a pool. Room had a poor air conditioner was not a suite and we over paid. Left early in the morning before sun heated up the room wasn’t comfortable, paid too much , staff didn’t care had other problems to deal with. Hotels.com said sorry to hear that we will give you $28 off your next stay. Well keep your money we don’t want to give you our business.

Hotel staff was the worse!

The breakfast pancake machine was not working the lady who was making the breakfast I asked if they had a waffle machine she started talking to me in Spanish and i told her I don’t speak Spanish they has no meat other than pork an I’m allergic to pork so wasn’t much of a variety , Saturday night my coworker went out to the store around midnight and had to wait and 10 to 15 for security to open the door when the desk clerk she looked at him and she knew he was staying there cause when we checked in she added his name to the room and told us that no one could come to the room beside us in which that’s the 1st time I ever heard that in my 3 years of working as a hotel Guest observer , Saturday morning we asking the cleaning lady to refill the shower soap she walked into the shower with her shoes on leaving dirt from her shoes in the shower and she only added a little wasn’t even half way and 2 of us had to shower ,Sunday my last morning there we could hear threw the vents someone arguing . . The heat didn’t warm up the room at all . I’ve machine wasn’t working had to go to 3rd floor to get ice , wasn't told that either while checking in … Friday my 1st night went down to the desk clerk which was a Gentleman and asked for plates and blankets and a sheet and that worked out , Due to not enough soap in room I went down Sunday morning and ask the desk clerk it was a older Gentleman for soap and that worked out . And we paid the noise across the street across the street acr

Very spacious room for my husband n 2kids.. bed was very big and comfy

The room was incredibly clean! The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast in the morning was good. We were very pleased with our stay!

So unhappy with our 2 night stay. As soon as we checked in our rooms phone did not work, heater was broken, no extra blankets available, room was cold with two children and still no more rooms available to switch to. So our family of 4 including 2 children!!! had to sleep in the freezing cold room. Pool didn't have towels available, front desk didn't have extras either! Never again will I book here. Ever
