The hotel was fine as long as you're not expecting a 4 star hotel. We stayed a few nights and didn't have any problems. The building itself is getting a little old, and probably needs a renovation soon. But for a cheap hotel it was fine. I would like to say that the breakfast was REALLY good. The coffee was actually good, like better than Starbucks good. Real orange juice, real eggs and sausage, and even biscuits and gravy. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the 2 people we talked to were both friendly. I also liked that they provided us with a phone number that we could text message with any problems or questions.

Lobby staff was very kind. Provided whatever needed. However, motel very dated. Carpet wasn’t clean and towels had a smell. We were there during the weekend leading up to the eclipse and I couldn’t believe we paid that much for that kind of motel. Checked out on Sunday, 4/7.

Check-in was great. Greeted politely. When we got to our room the bed looked like someone had sat on the edge after making it. But when we pulled the top covers back it looked like it had been slept in. Whomever had stayed there before probably made the bed back up and the cleaning crew thought no one had slept in it. We called the front desk and asked for clean sheets. She brought them but we had to make our own bed back up. No apologies were given. Breakfast was great! All the fresh fruit, breakfast tacos, biscuits and gravy, waffles, coffee & juice, nothing was missing. I feel like the breakfast is an add on, not a huge necessity, like a clean bed. Should have taken a picture, but we didn't.

Not so good. Have stayed at a lot of BW. This one by far fell way below our expectations. Old facility and got to listen to showers in other rooms well into the night. The place needs more than a facelift and is a poor reflection on the BW brand.

The ice machine was upstairs. Have a hard time walking get up there it’s empty and there’s no other ice machine downstairs.

Always stay here during the opening weekend of the deer season. Its old, the beds are not the greatest, the TV's are small, the shower didn't work well but I'll be back next year.

I would not recommend this hotel. The sink had insects living in it The room also had insects flying around. The stairs to the upstairs rooms were poorly designed. There were no elevators. We had to walk 2 flights of stairs carrying luggage. We only had one bath towel even though we indicated 3 people would be in the room. Only one ice machine was working and there was hardly any ice in it.

Very enjoyable. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Front desk very welcoming and courteous. Allowed us to check in an hour early as we had an event to attend. This hotel is a gem in a very small town.

There was nats and flies inside the sink area of the room. Also as we were getting ready to leave I was loading my vehicle and caught the house cleaning young man staring at my wife from the door! I had to get him to leave by raising my voice and within 15 minutes later he was trying to enter our room as we were continuing to gather our items for departure. I brought this up to the staff at the front desk.

Clean room, I could not thank enough the people at the front desk for their willingness to help, and I could charge my car every evening. I will use this hotel again on my next trip. Thank you!

It was in a great loction!! Outside area nice The hotel is very old, dsrl in the rooms, shower had very little pressure!! Front desk very nice! Iys just old needs to be totally updated!!

We stay here when coming to see the grandson in school events. They are always very friendly and accommodating since I have a bad back. We travel with a service dog and there is a great place to walk them and if your lucky there will be deer out there eating also. As women we have always felt safe here. My grandsons senior year so we have our reservations for May already!!!!

The beds were very comfortable. Being from the midwest, we were pleased that they carried the Big10 channel. The breakfast was good. The bathtub, however, had paint peeling off it. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was mold or mildew on the tub.
