This property was so false advertising. The picture on your website shows a nice clean place. The truth is it was appalling. I did not stay there. I have not received my refund from you. I will contact BBC if I don’t get my refund.

My stay was pleasant.

It was a nice location.

Was a good price and offered a good nights sleep

Changed owners, mold in ceiling, walls, floors. I was barefooted feet turned black. Uncomfortable bed, filthy, staff was so so. Definitely recomend not staying here over priced paid too much for a mold room which has made me ill.

There was a burn hole in. The comforter and stains on the wall. There were cracks in the bathroom wall and between all the tile. The room smelled like cat pee.

This is the worst place to stay. Housekeeping takes your linen and you have to actually wait hours for to get washed and for them to return it they have no extra supplies to give to the guest

We walked into our room and turned around to walk right back out. Which we honestly shouldn't have made it that far by the glances of the transient looking residents and their broken down, ratty vehicles, including the deserted shopping carts. If you were looking to buy drugs, this is the place to go. Inside the room was a stained rug, a stained bed spread, a cigarette hole in the bed spread, and the basin of the sink was literally broken. The clerk would only speak to you through a hole in the window. You couldn't go inside the lobby. There was no grounds upkeeping. Weeds were growing everywhere. Even in the former pool. Photos and ratings on this location is a lie.

Carpet pulled away from wall. Gave smoking room when it was suppose to be non smoking. Shower was filthy. Carpet wasnt vacuumed.

I thought this was another hotel I had stayed at. It was not..so gross and nonsmoking rooms are not nonsmoking. The rooms smell like pee. Good prostitution hotel if that meets your needs..

Linens had holes . Dried Vomit or something else like it on the floor and on the skirt of the bed. Safety lock on the door broken Terrible place.

It was infested with bugs, mattresses was past due for replacement, The room was clean, the staff was excellent on customer service, they did not have enough staff to keep up with house cleaning and there maid was overwhelmed with the work that needed to be done. She was very pleasant and professional when she brought clean sheets for the bed. The place over all is due for renovation.

Property refused to give us toilet paper or towels . People were fighting in the parking lot.

Very dirty hotel. Hair and cigarette butts everywhere. Towels and beds were dirty. Won’t give you new towels. Drug users living there.

Dried blood in refrigerator, mold in shower. Room had another guest in it. Area has drug users and badly rundown

Staff was friendly enough, but the door to the room didn’t even make a seal to the ground. On our final night we were greeted with crickets and a roach. The security camera dome covers were either highly dirty or spray painted over.

There was absolutley no breakfast. No Coffee. No coffee pot in room. Toilet paper holder broken off wall.

This is the skeeziest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in some not so great hotels before. Everything was barely together or filthy looking. Huge gaps in the doors. Stains on nearly everything. Outlets falling apart and the smoke detector literally just in the dresser drawer. Crickets or roaches in our bathroom. We came to Bristol from 7 hours away for a family trip and I’m so embarrassed that I booked this hotel to split with my brother. I paid nearly $600 to stay here for two nights. There were drug deals happening in the parking lot both days we were here that involved someone who was obviously living in the hotel. This place is an absolute scam and horrific place to try and relax after what was supposed to be a weekend of huge memories for my family.

Upon arriving at Travel Inn the lady that worked the desk was sitting outside in her truck smoking and scowled at us for disturbing her break I guess. We checked in got the key and proceeded to the room upon which we found a strong smelling perfumed deodorizer maybe it was bug spray in the room, this smell stayed the entire 2 days. The bathroom sink drain as well as tub drain were both rusted out. There was a dead ROACH behind the toilet. Dixie cups were not sealed in plastic how unsanitary since there were roaches. They have replaced the flooring and the threshold strip going into bathroom from bedroom was not adhered to the floor which left tacks or nails sticking up. The sign on hotel office said there were 70+ channels on the tv's well ours only had 13 and most of them were childrens cartoon shows. The sheets had burn holes in them. When we left the 1st day for the Bristol race we thought for sure they'd have gone in and cleaned the room WELL no they didnt come in didnt leave clean towels NOTHING so we had trash left over from eating the first night and Im sorry but with roaches not a good thing to keep around.

What a terrible stay we had. Stated 72 tv. Channels, we had 10...😡 phone was broken when I tried to call the office..😡 no wifi.😡 nobody came to clean up the room.😡 when I went to the office to ask for 2 clean towels I was met with rudeness and was told it was my responsibility to bring the dirty towels back, and was told the reason no showed to clean the room was I didn't tell them to..😡 $200 per. night for that..😡 that place cost Travelocity a customer I can't trust your recommendation anymore...😡😡😡

Did not feel safe. Too many rough looking people all around the property. Would never stay in that Motel.

The bed was comfortable, air conditioning was perfect, we had hot water for showers. However, the room condition itself was sad, the lining on the base of the walls was peeling off, there was cracks and missing pieces of the wall around the door. This may be an older motel and has potential to be great. It was good enough for the price, and the location wasn't bad either. It was fairly quiet and the receptionist was very sweet.

The check in was an outside service window. The door had gaps around it you could see outside. The curtains had holes in them. The cost was 500% marked up for a regular stay. 500%. It’s disgusting that a less than average motel can get away with that. I didn’t expect a ritz Carlton and knew it would be questionable but For $320 for one night I expect a lot more. This should not be allowed to mark up that much.

This place was a complete slum. the place was beyond dirty , it was race day in Bristol Va and they charged way beyond the rate. I have never experienced anything like t i had to take pictures because it was so bad There were little white worms in the toilet. unbelievable . They room stunk like garbage sat around for a few weeks. Just deplorable uninhabitable i slept in the car.
