It was great for a family with small child

The service of the staff was great, the breakfast choices were better than expected, bed linens were very nice, but the rooms are old and mostly outdated, the mattress seemed old, the couch and chair were old and uncomfortable, were talking decades old in a hotel that is unacceptable. The rooms were clean but my daughter was bothered by rust stains in the bathroom shower and behind the commode, the shower curtain hung down into the bathtub which was gross. The room suite format was the only thing that kept us there, will not go back.

So cute. Lovely layout. Several separated spaces to study, eat, sleep etc. Windows open, fresh air is great. Great modern shower. Great breakfast.

Although, we were pleased with the hotel's location, as well as the complementary breakfast, we noticed that the rugs were dirty and the rug inside the elevator needs to be replaced. Also, most of the times, during the day but most concerning at night, the hotel recepcionist was away from the front desk. Only once when we got late at the hotel, we had to use the hotel key card to get inside the hotel.

The property was convenient for my purposes. Next time I stay there I will be requesting a room not located on the first floor as it was very noisy.

There was no blow dryer in the the room. The coffee maker didn’t work. Breakfast buffet great. The hallways and elevator were filthy. This was a subpar experience and not what I’m accustomed to from Marriott. Very disappointing.

One of the most important things in a hotel is the staff. The Residence Inn in Norwood rates 5 stars for that. Every single person I encountered there was amazing. Friendly, helpful and cheerful. It made our stay so fantastic! From the moment we walked in the door at check-in when Sonya was so welcoming and friendly, to the “breakfast guy” Henry to all the others…thank you. The room, though in need of the soon to happen renovation, was pleasant enough. Clean and perfect for our needs. They have a small gym. Very serviceable…treadmill, weights..The breakfast was fine. Scrambled eggs, sausage, and a great waffle making machine. All in all a great stay. We’ll be back.

Everything was disgustingly dirty in our room. We called three days before our arrival to ask for an extra clean due to allergies. I thing was cleaned at all! Beer cap on floor, dirty, carpet, bathtub rusted out and filthy, tile floors nasty, food all over kitchen appliances and a used water bottle on the counter! WORST place ever!

For the price of the rooms it was awful. Pool and hot tub were not working, was just handed a room key was never told what direction or floor we were on, the room was not cleaned there were what looked like blood stains on the curtains asked manger for new ones was told there were none in premises went to use the pull out sofa no mattress, ask twice for one when one finally arrived someone dragged a nasty stained up one to us , couch had puke on the arm of it, manager pushed us off so we put a call and complaint into corporate.

The location was relatively easy to find. I arrived arounf 6:30 pm, while there were restaurants in the area, you have to go past the hotel to find. It is a divided road so you have to find a traffic light and an area to turn around and then comr back a fair distance in the opposite direction and turn around again, if you head out for food.
The front desk did offer delivery options.
At 11:30 pm, the fire alarm went off due to someone cooking. We stood outside in 18 degree temperatures in our pjs. At 4:30 am the trash truck came and was banging around the dumpsters outside my window. The final mishap was when the wind blew the window next to the bed in and it came crashing down.

The staff was very pleasant. However, a party in the room next door went way too late and we needed to complain to the front desk twice. The room amenities we everything we wanted and expected… just a little worse for wear. The fan in the bathroom made a lot of noise and some wall art was resting on a sill instead of hanging. Perfectly fine for the price we paid and amount of time we were there.

The room was in disrepair. Some furniture missing from room. We stayed four nights and the room was not cleaned once.
We were very disappointed since we have stayed at other Residence Inn properties in the past with great experience.
If we had spent more time at the property we would have found another place to stay.

I stayed at the hotel but when I arrived it was very dirty. The bathroom Shower had not been cleaned properly, nor the dishes. The sheets has stains still. It was just uncomfortable and I had to find a different hotel to stay at. I called and was told I have to go through hotels for them to confirm my refund

The staff were polite, and friendly and super helpful. The hotel itself left me disappointed and a bit angry for what I spent and expected. The place was a bit run down and dated. The bathrooms need repair. Closets were falling off the hinges. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows weee so soft that there was zero support. I was so glad we only spent one night. I could not wait to get out of there.

There were multiple issues with the room: noisy fan in one of the bathrooms, room temperature was very high (the only way to cold the room was to open a window), towel hanger was broken and felt, dishwasher was not working, and other minor issues. However, the size of the room was great (as described) and location was perfect.

This hotel cancelled my hotel reservation same day of check in, just hours before. They stated they “hate to deliver the bad news, but they overbooked for the weekend”. Meanwhile, was impossible to book another hotel as this was for the football game at Gillette Stadium and all other hotels were booked. I have always supported and stayed with Marriott, but after this I will never use the hotel chain again. Does not care nor value their customers, cancelling stay minutes before arrival with customers no where to go or stay.

They checked us into a room that was not cleaned and moved us to another room. I was told we were going to get comped for our waters (it was still on final bill and I’m now too lazy to deal with it). The new room was dirty …. I barely wanted to be in it. This entire hotel needs an upgrade. Room had a musty smell. Will never come back to it. Sorry … that’s the truth.
