Breakfast was ok, more options for fruits would be better.

Our toilet in room 215 ran constantly, they need a plumber. We turned the water off from the toilet.

I liked the yogurt at breakfast. The location was good. They had good soap.

I asked for clean linens and bedding and house keeping and front desk told me no. I was even going to tip and they still told me no clean sheets or linens. I was only given new towels because the towels in the bathroom were stained. And one of the towels had someone's false lashes on them. The bedding was wrinkled as if they never changed the blankets or sheets you can tell. The pillow cases had brown black stains on them. I removed them and used my own. The carpet was stained in my room. Also The hallways were not vacuumed pieces of tissues everywhere and dirt. I stayed 1 night only, because next day there was a mouse in my room. Although I was booked for 2 nights I could not stay I did not want scabies or who knows what!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean for the most part.

They didn't serve BACON for breakfast. And there was an used face cloth hanging from the shower rod.

There was no place to put luggage and no extra chair other than the desk chair.

The location was right for me to my event.

I wanted a pool and when I got there, there was a sign that said "pool closed indefinitely" had I known that I would have picked a different hotel. I went with 3 kids. Also the eggs and sausage that were for breakfast were not good and the lady who was cooking did not speak English so we did not know if anything had eggs or nuts in them, so two of my kids had to eat fruit loops l. The room was so hat when we got there. And the lady we checked in with was not very pleasant. Also I wanted to pay cash and the lady told me that I could not do that was not very happy at all

The pool wasn’t accessible. the pool been closed for a while now.

Purposely booked this hotel since it states they have a pool. I should have called to double check since the pool was closed indefinitely the sign says upon walking in. only reason I booked here or else I would've picked somewhere else. Wish they would update their page! Shower had hairs on the floor and side, glass door was dirty too. You could tell the bathroom was restocked but barely cleaned.

Bed was very nice. room was very comfortable.

The sink stopper was stuck closed and then rod did not work. we had to use knife to open stopper.
