The hotel is very nice, just like the staff. The room was clean and comfy. I always have to find a hotel with an indoor pool when I have my 8 year old with me and they had one here. They also had a hot tub, which was very loud for some reason. The water in the pool was cold, I'd recommend getting a heater for it. Great location as well! Lot's of food and shopping nearby and it's a short drive to Nashville.

The front desk didnt give us the room we paid for. There was a large party with lots of kids so loud we had to be moved. (Banging on walls and screaming) we were moved to another floor the party wasnt on but still didnt get the room we paid for. Breakfast was amazing and hotel staff excellent. We could have insisted but were too tired to complain. Honestly overall was a good stay just large party taking up the hotel. Very good hotel...

A very quick overnight sleep but the property and room were quiet and clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly. My 50 lb dog was welcomed and given lots of pets, too!

The sheets in the hotel were very uncomfortable. They were not properly rinsed and felt like bleach was on them. I had a heavy skin reaction. Aside from that, the room was clean.

Lovely hotel, nice entrance and set up. Staff was extremely friendly. This may be my new go to hotel when I am in Nashville area. Quick drive to Airport, lots of shopping and do I g options.

We walked in and my kid said oh this is fancy! We loved everything about the property! The pool was freezi g which was okay and the hot tub was hooooooot! Didnt like the proce of the breakfast but we just went down the street to eat! Would defiently stay again

Everything was good, my only complaint was the water pressure in shower and pool was cloudy. But other than that is was great.

Arrived, check in was easy and staff was friendly. Had a scare of bedbugs but hotel moved my room. Not sure where they came from because i did not see any more signs of them.

The facilities are older than normal. The bath drain was somewhat blocked. But the beds are clean and the breakfast is good.

This stay was a disappointment. The first room they gave us smelled like cigarette smoke so bad and the light switch in bathroom had black smudges on it. Second room smelled better but later we found someone else’s leftover Chinese in the fridge which smelled terrible and one of the comforters had what appeared to be old blood and poop stains on it. Overall disappointed with the facilities.
