This motel was very clean. Fresh vases of flowers in several locations filled the areas with lovely scents. The breakfast was good, varied and hot. I am the only one who complained about their bed, but the pillows were great. The was no hall/other room noise, but it must be close to a fire station, as we heard many emergency vehicles on the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was okay except for them closing the pool at 8pm “for cleaning” but online it said 10pm my kids along with 7 others that went when we did were pretty upset, also the water temp is lukewarm, breakfast was good

The front desk service was rude. No available luggage carts and no help in locating and staff indifference in helping.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was great! Thanks for helping my family stay safe and cozy on our quick trip! We will be back next time we stay in town!

front desk was extremely rude and unresponsive to any and all of our concerns and issues.
it took over 5 phone calls to have any one even pick up from reception. then when asked about getting more towels, a blanket and that our shower drain was backing up and making the bathroom floor wet we were met with zero help. not to mention the horrendous parking experience and the security guard being extremely rude and aggressive about a mistake they made.

Let me start with the breakfast, my family and I wasn’t happy at all with their breakfast. Just scrambled eggs, bacon, & bread( couple options) they had cereals for kids. But it wasn’t giving at all.
I am not if we stayed on a busy weekend but there was traffic to get into the elevator all the times. I wasn’t happy with that.

Unfortunately it was one thing after another. First our room wasn't ready when we got there at least an hour after check in time. The staff did comp our parking and give us an upgrade. The layout of the room was a great disappointment. The bathroom doors, 1 to the toilet and another to the shower are at the foot of the bed. The doors are frosted and light up the whole room even when closed. Our shower was missing the floor seal so water leaked all over the floor every time you took a shower. The soultion was to use extra towels on the floor. The blower on the ac wouldn't turn off even when it was in the off position. Maintenance came out and didn't make sense to him either. Apparently the thermostat is touchy and both buttons need to be in the middle even when in the off position.

Location is great for anything at the convention center!!! Parking is easy. Breakfast was so-so - not a ton of options and a lot of things were out, we didn't have a pillow for the pull-out sofa and the front desk informed us there wasn't a single extra pillow available in the hotel, and the elevators were extremely slow - long lines whenever we had to use them.

Hotel was as expected. Staff were great. I was frustrated with the parking situation (no access to elevators and no disclosure of that fact), and staff found a solution for me.

Be ready to pay $19 per night if you want to park at the hotel. Our fan on our heat/ac unit blew constantly. I e-mailed a service request, no one came. No maid service on our 2 night stay. We had no hand towels in the room, we left a note to have some delivered, since no one came, we never got any. If you want quiet, not the place…sirens all night long. Breakfast was very nice. All the other amenities in our room were fine.

The staff was friendly, but we couldn’t check in until after an hour when we should have been able to. Then we got to our room and realized they didn’t give us enough towels or wash cloths for our party of 6. We were able to ask a cleaning person for a couple of more towels, but they never would give us wash cloths so a couple of us did not have one to use. To pay as much as we did, we should have the minimum items provided. Breakfast is good there and it’s clean, at least.

Service was amazing! This hotel had great employees. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower area but the sink in the toilet room was extremely small. Great location and felt safe the entire stay. It was nice to have the pull out couch so our kids had separate beds.

There wasn’t enough towels in our room and no one answered the front desk for assistance. The ice machine was 2 floors down and located at the Fairfield Suites. The ice bucket was filthy. The restroom was tiny, especially the sink. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. The staff was great. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location. The money was not worth it.

I was in room 729. The shower door does not close all the way and the tray in the shower looks like it’s falling off. Bed wasn’t a plush as I hoped. Breakfast was good, and staff friendly.

Everyone was nice and friendly it was close to the hospital that I was doing the next morning to have surgery. The room was unbelievably beautiful.

Only complaint is the elevator in the parking garage was a little awkward Elevator was small it didn’t work everytine we tried to use it and it didn’t go all the way to the 4th floor parking garage even though the parking garage went to the 4 th floor If that were addressed & made more convenient it would help with the unloading & loading situation

Our hotel room was very nice with comfortable space to relax and spend time with our friends. Overall the cleanliness was pretty good.
The best part was the service from the staff. I feel they were very helpful and one employee was extremely helpful with all of our friends needs and requests. As well as, helping my young daughter find a lost item.
We truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

This hotel is extremely outdated and needs remodeled. The carpet and walls look like they're going on 30 years old. There are obvious stains, marks, and damage all over. The room was in better condition but the mini fridge in my room would get only barely cool (even when turned on max). The parking entrance is also not well marked and easy to miss if you don't know where you're going. The breakfast was also below average compared to what I've had at other hotels recently.

Prior to checking friendly front desk clerk inform me of the deposit which I felt extremely high. We had loaded the cart with Christmas gifts. Ashley went above & beyond to make sure my family celebrated Christmas without me canceling and find another hotel.

Entrance was a little tricky to find at night (it’s on Jefferson). Very friendly at check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Very typical breakfast. My only knock was that we had a room with the pullout couch. The extra bedding was not in the room. We called the front desk and housekeeping multiple times and nobody ever picked up.

It was not as nice as the website made it appear to be. Neither barhroom sink would drain - the smaller one overflowed before I could finish washing my hands. The toilet wouldn’t flush. Had to lift the lid off the back to manually flush after each use.
