Got top floor room with a kitchenette. The kitchenette was old looking ,hardly any kitchen utensils. The couple of pots and pans were greasy feeling. Big fridge a plus. Wouldn't waste my money for one again. Breakfast was normal. Also it was quiet.

When we arrived everything was smooth as we checked in. However, after entering our room, we noticed a weird smell, mold in the bathtub, and the bathroom door wouldn’t lock. We went back to the front desk and received a new room. This room was much better from the previous room although it seems like they put the wrong pillows on the bed. They were square accent pillows instead of normal pillows. As a side note, I purchased two water bottles the first night at the front desk and the second night I purchased another two bottles but the price was much more the second night for some reason. Seemed like the staff didn’t know how much to charge. As for leaving, the checkout was fast and easy.

Fairly new hotel with sizable rooms. Comfortable beds and relatively clean. The downsides were, the shower curtain let water leak all over the floor, breakfast service ended at nine and staff came to service the room at 8AM New Year’s Day. WHO is up that early after new year?

My stay at the hotel was very nice, after 30 minutes of hotels.com ruining the experience. I made the reservation through your app and the hotel would not take your payment. So you offered to send me down the road to another hotel. Ridiculous offer, obviously my comfort was not important. After driving all day, spending time choosing a hotel, you expected me to leave and go to another hotel. I did not, I canceled with you and payed the hotel directly. I have removed your app from my phone.

Hotel very clean and comfortable. Complaint is about the breakfast bar. terrible eggs, sausage swimming in grease. Juice machine was out of order and looked like it had been that way for some time.

Very unhappy with the Clarion policy to charge my CC an additional $100 to be refunded if room is OK after check out and I follow policy.
Refund doesn’t come back for several days.
Will not be staying here again.

Have stayed here many times. Clean hotel, but not as much this time. Bed was very uncomfortable on this trip, mattress worn out. Breakfast was about the same as other times but low quantity of items this time. My favorite part is the coffee options. The coffee is always hot and fresh, but this time there were only two to select from(both the same) and the coffee was stone cold in one carafe. All together my trip was a little disappointing this time. Hopefully next time will be back to the way it used to be.

The manager on site is very rude I asked her to help me out I had just got back to Alabama from a funeral did not have $100 payment for a deposit and she still would not help me out I had booked a room previously and she was very rude

Safe, quiet, convenient with easy parking. The waffle and everythingin the breakfast was excellent.
The air conditioning seemed not working very well, though. It did not remove humidity very well, but still a great place to stay.

They originally put us in a room where the bathroom door was off henge and was extremely difficult to close. The toilet seat was loose too
They did change our room, but why would the manager attempt to put someone in a room like that.

Room had plug in deodorizer in bathroom that was trying to mask some kind of sewer smell that was overwhelming the room. Had to unplug deodorizer due to headache. Room stunk like sewage. Was too tired to complain. This is unacceptable

While the hotel was very clean and staff were great, the walls are paper thin. We were put in a room next to a group of boys on a school trip. We could hear every word they said. By midnight, there were about 14 boys in the room and it was so loud I had to call the front desk to ask them to quiet down. Fronts desk immediately handled the situation. Even after the party was busted up, you could still hear the four boys left in the room.

Room was excellent. The only negative was the mattress needed to be turned. I felt like my feet were elevated and my head was angled down. The sofa was marked as a pull out couch but there was NO room to pull it out. Breakfast was not great. The sausage was split in half and the eggs were egg substitute. Some cups fell on the floor and the attendant picked them up and put them back for public use!👀 For this price point, it should have been better choices. We are at the Cracker Barrel next door. Thankfully our Uncle paid for our meal. Staff was friendly. They just need to work out a few kinks.
