Positives: comfortable bed, large room, no smell of animals or smoke though pet friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety!
Cons: pool was only open until 10 pm on a Friday (and they were quick to close it down and kick us out, which after a long drive all the kids wanted to do was swim), the rooms smelled clean but so strong of bleach it gave my husband a headache, and our room had ants.

Front desk female was very unpleasant and not friendly.
The elevator was broke all weekend. The hot tub, very small, was not working.
Rooms are rough, need an update and good cleaning, one wall had a “patch” job on the ceiling and wall where there was a previous water leak.
Just unfriendly staff.

The hotel was nice on the outside but not clean underneath the sheets when I brought it to the intention of the hotel and the manager, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Thank you for Hotels.com that they did help compensate me for this tragic experience.

Most of my time was spent away ftom the hotel, visiting family.
The pool was very nice. Facility was very clean. Staff was helpful with questions and when i needed help with my tv.
The heating/cooling unit was not working correctly. The breakfast was ok but a change up of offerings might have been nice. Shower pressure was not always strong.
Overall, i appreciated the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Upon arrival the room smelled not the best, looked as tho the floors had not been vacuumed or sweeped/mopped. The door knobs were covered in idk and the remote was super sticky. The bed was made but made me question things due to the cleanliness of the actual room. The bed frame was dirty and there was a couple dirty pillows that we opted not to use. We were also right by the stair door which was very inconvenient late at night as people seemed to love to let it slam shut so we didn’t get much sleep. We did leave a day early and I did let the front desk lady know, she was super sweet and said she would let her manager know so hopefully they can make sure the next people who stay in there have a better experience. Also am hoping that they reimburse me my money that they have charged for a 4th night as we did not stay a 4th night. Hope they get things right. Usually enjoy my stay at Wyndham hotels but this was a no for me.

Loved the 3 Queen room for our family. Plenty of space for what we needed. Room looked to have newer carpeting and the lobby area was very updated. Hotel was very busy while we were there, so the breakfast was a bust as there were so many people and kids literally everywhere and many items were out of stock because it was difficult for them to restock, but the staff were definitely trying. The pool was fairly small for a hotel with so many rooms, and again it was overrun by children due to the number of people there- nothing anyone can do about that. The hot tub is also extremely small and the jets were lackluster at best. But all in all, it was a great stay at an even better price. It was probably more than expect r for the price we paid.

Loved the 3 queen beds. Our only complaint was that the tv didn’t work at all while we were there. When I went to ask about it, I was immediately told the internet is out. Turns out we needed to press some buttons on the tv….never figured it out. Oh well.

We were there for 1 night. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We did not use the pool or hot tub, so I can’t comment on that. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Service was great, shower never turned off, pillows were meh and they didn’t have a wall thermostat. Temperature was controlled by one of the under the window radiators that kicks on and off all night…. Not the best sleep I’ve ever had but the staff was nice and breakfast was good

Horrible. Showers are seriously BAD if you are taller than two feet. The breakfast is BAD, unless you like your eggs to have the same texture as gummy bears, and if you have high blood pressure, you might want to skip the salt which is labeled gravy..don’t get me started about the soggy fruit bowl selection. The outside lighting is BAD and UNSAFE. The AC units are old and decrepit.
No local TV channels, so Sunday night football was not an option. Don’t use the luggage carts if you have breakables.
The staff was very polite…minus the breakfast area worker.
Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever choose to stay there again.

From the minute we walked into this hotel, the staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was pretty decent, also- as hotel breakfasts go. This was one of the cleanest rooms that we've stayed in, and recently, that's been quite a few, having just come off of a big trip. Very nice experience.

When we checked in we were told breakfast was 6am-10am and when we went for breakfast at 9:15 they were already cleaning the breakfast area and taking away the food.

Checked in and thought this was a good choice. Guess I will look for properties that don't allow pets. Both mornings big dogs woke us up at 4am with their barking. Followed up by little yappy dogs. Also, noticed some mold in the shower and the bathroom door didn't latch.
