Great property, staff and breakfast.only thing that was keeping the hotel from 5 stars all the way across was the hot tub was broken. They put a notice in the lobby, but that was partially the reason I stayed there as I’d been driving for 8 hours and was looking forward to the tub. Other than that, awesome place.

The hotel is very nice. Clean and friendly staff. The only issue was the tv service. Very difficult remote to use.

Hotel advertises Breakfast served from 7:30 AM til 10:30 AM on weekends. This needs to be updated to 6AM - 9 AM. Also, breakfast pictures don’t accurately describe Breakfast. You need to get down to Breakfast by 7:30 AM or you will find limited breakfast options. Service personnel start cleaning up Breakfast area at 8:00 AM on my trip. Could not get coffee after 8:00AM. Disappointed in breakfast. Should say Breakfast served from 6 AM til 8 AM. FYI 2-18-24

It was so quit clean and peaceful just what I needed to get away from the military life and the barracks would 100% stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the mini fridge was really loud, we noticed when we were trying to sleep. Room was clean though, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent, good variety. We would stay again.

Only 1 person at check in, she was at lunch so we waited 20 minutes to get our room. We arrived at 6pm after 8 hours of driving. Very clean great breakfast.

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places I wouldn’t stay again but I’m actually looking for what other locations I can find Holiday Inn and Suites. Only issue I had was the jacuzzi wasn’t working. Other than that very nice place to stay and the staff was super friendly. Would easily stay again

Great place to stay . We stayed twice this trip. Close to great outlets & Food places. Breakfast good and Bed & pillows very comfortable.

Overall is good, but disappointed at the breakfast, no sausages, only eggs, and no hot chocolate either

Jacuzzi was cold. Pet hair on our sheets. Otherwise, average stay.

New hotel - modern, clean, spacious rooms, comfortable furnishings

The pool was not heated. The bubble of the hot tub was broken. The water was full of dirt. The shower in the room was awful, no pressure or cold although tuned to the maximum. Needs more maintenance and updates. It’s so unfortunate to stay there and feel sorry to employees who work hard at there.

Friendly and helpful staff (same goes for the other Holiday Inn that is the wrong one, one stop light down... they were very nice in directing me to the correct hotel where my reservation was... LOL )... Place was in good shape, great breakfast. Only down side was a room full of other guests near my room whose only means of communication with each other at 11pm was shouting loudly at each other... but, dang, you can't blame the HOTEL for that! They did finally shut up...

It went very well. Good service, nice clean room. Check in and out went smoothly. Only question I have is why $50 deposit what incidentals would there be?

I don’t like anything about this property. There are all kinds of noises coming from the walls. It’s right next to the freeway. The walls are super thin so you hear everything from your neighbors

It was convenient. Had minimum amenities. But the beds were sub par, the lighting in the room was inadequate and the electrical connections for my c-pap machine were difficult to access, ie behind the headboard. All the personnel were friendly, and capable.

Great people specially the Managment ( Daimon ) who help me with a iPhone charger . Breakfast I little below average . Sorry

Lovely clean convenient hotel within walking distance to Barstow Outlets .

Bathroom floor was dirty, hair etc.. They room lay out was poor. Couldn’t leave bathroom door and bedroom doors open at the same time. Bedroom was crowded felt a bit claustrophobic. Staff was friendly.

Booked the hotel while coming back from a family emergency in Albuquerque NM. Drove 12 hours, got to the hotel at 2am to check in only to be told that the hotel would not be providing the breakfast they advertise in their listing even though they charged full price for the room. Tried to have Expedia speak to them about some reimbursement or credit to the room price and was told that the manager stated if I didnt like the fact that they weren’t offering the services they advertised that I could have just cancelled and gone somewhere else. Pretty sure he doesn’t understand what traveling for 12 hours with children and trying to check into a hotel in a unfamiliar city and 2am is like. Very very let down.
