Good location and service

Everything was excellent

Service was adequate; resting was interrupted by uncomfortable mattress that was noisy and rickety. Power strip exposed and clearly visible in sleeping area.

Jose checked us in and he was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The room could use some updates but it was more than what we expected. The breakfast is great and staff is courteous. We had a wonderful stay for my husband and 2 teenagers and I.

Last minute booking here and everything was great ! Front desk was friendly breakfast was great the room was decent. Most definitely would book here again in the future

Aging hotel, but reasonably updated and super clean. Pretty quiet and felt safe.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Carpets were old and dirty. Nice breakfast.

Love it here

My main complaints are that the room was cold and I could not get the heater to work. I had to double the quilt on the bed to be warm. Also, the ran the water for a long time in the bathroom trying to get it hot enough for a shower. It only got to lukewarm I ended up taking a sponge bath because it really was not warm enough to take a shower. Also, the carpet in the hallway (at least on the 3rd floor) needs a really good cleaning or it should be replaced. The bed was very comfortable. And it was nice that breakfast starts at 5 a.m. I was on a road trip and it is nice to get an early start and not miss breakfast.

Clean room, very good breakfast

This place is perfect stop over after a long traffic drive from NoCal to LV, and having it closes to the outlet is convenient, the rooms are typical, some noise from the pipes of toilet from above rooms, otherwise very good breakfast

Nice friendly environment

Room is pretty depressing. Bathroom tiles cracked and the bathroom walls are poorly finished. Food on ceiling by microwave. Body wash bottle in the shower was empty when I tried to shower. Pillows are hard. There are bright lights outside the window and the blinds are too small to completely cover the window, so you can’t make the room dark to go to sleep. Hot tub is broken and they “don’t expect it to be fixed anytime soon.”

Everything was super clean. Very nice room with comfortable beds and comfortable pillows. Nice location for shopping. We had no problem with the area and parking our Yukon with a trailer was easy. A little pricey to do laundry. Unless, we slept through it- it was extremely quiet and we were able to get a very peaceful sleep.

Room was nice and big, bed was comfortable, noise level was great as well. Staff was friendly too.

This hotel was a great place to stop on our way to Las Vegas. We were able to avoid the Holiday weekend traffic by staying here. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly. Tesla Superchargers are right next door. This is a great stop!

Entire floor and room smelled like skunk weed. Shabby room condition.

This place was AWESOME!!! The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, showers were warm and had pressure, breakfast was filling and delicious, had parking for full size truck with trailer and all of the employees were nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Decent place to stay

Room was starting to show its age. Trim around inside of door was loose, a bit of a security concern. Fridge door dragged against carpet. Caulking around tub needs repair. But staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast didn’t look good do we went to Starbucks. But comfy bed and tv worked
