Accidentally left my wallet in my room after check out. They called quickly and let me know and returned it to me. Thanks!

We only had room service every other day. We had to go get fresh coffee. I think they could of checked the room for coffee daily,

Staff was stand offish and short in personality. Products were short in the rooms. Hygiene etc. no one seemed to have cleaned the room ahead of time. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty quiet.

The staff has been my favorite part of our stay.

The staff was extremely professional and courteous.

The hotel needs to clean the air vents inside the bathrooms, the one our family used ,the air vent in the bathroom is really full of fungus around. This vent should be clean at regular basis.

When checking in we agreed to room cleaning every 2 days. No problem. On day 3, we asked for full service cleaning from the cleaners. She grilled us about how many days we were staying. We were in fact leaving day 4, but we needed our room clean. She said to inform the font desk when we left. At noon, we told the front desk we were leaving and wanted our room clean. We came back that evening to an unclean room.

Property was fine, stayed here many times. I like to stay here for location and hot tub, the hot tub was broken, and this was not disclosed during booking or on website.

The room was not clean as it normally has been in my stays at bonvoy group. It was hair in bathroom and the bathroom didn’t seemed to be extra clean as I am used to.

The stay was nice! The reception was super friendly! We had a small hiccup in the room, but they quickly moved us to another room.

This is about longer stays more than a day or two. The hotel was clean when I checked in but no hotels clean your room on a daily basis anymore. I was there more than a week and asked for room service but it didn’t happen.

Just ok. The room was dated. There were bugs in the bathroom. Staff was fairly friendly. Pretty good location with lots eating options around. I probably won’t stay here again though.

The staff at check in and out were polite and professional. The room smelled horrible. It smelled very musty and moldy. I would not have stayed if I had time to look for another option. I called over the weekend to ask for an early check in but was told I couldn’t know for sure until I got there. I didn’t bother trying for an early check in since I didn’t want to wait in the lobby for a room that might not be available. The parking lot was mostly empty and I saw only a couple other guests so I don’t believe there was any reason not to accompany my request when I asked. Overall very disappointed.

Very easy access from freeway I-35 and hotel was very clean. Lots of options for Breakfast.

I checked in around 10 pm and got into my room. I was very tired from working and traveling from the day. I started to put things aways in the bathroom and was going to brush my teeth. There was no convenient hand soap an open bottle of half used lotion. Then in the shower there was hair on the wall. The next day, I figured housekeeping would clean the room. No one ever came to clean or refresh the toiletries. My garbage was overflowing. I don't recommend staying here and for the price for the room and my stay. I expected more.

The alarm was set and went off at 6 am then even unplugged kept going off. Calls to the front desk were fruitless. Told to unplug but had battery. Terrible sleep which was a waste of money. I would like a credit.

great costumer services they were able to change my room due to changes that happen out of control. Will stay again there any time.

Great customer service- esp. at check in and Madison was sweet to bring me a replacement hair dryer as the one in the room was broken.

Good place to stay, great breakfast and friendly staff. Only bad thing is that my Kids were unable to enjoy and use the pool because there was people drinking with loud music on the pool. They were sad.

Front Desk staff was especially helpful and very courteous, especially the over night/ night auditor.

I want to say a great thank you to all staff and the hospitality that was provided both times for our stay at this hotel. A great big thank you to Garrett Hicks. He was so welcoming and very understanding of the late check in. he got us straight to our room and with out skipping a best. Will definitely keep this a location to come back to as well as recommend to friends and family.
