Very nice and comfortable room. However, there was a spoon under the bedsheet.The fitted part of the bedsheet was too small for the king size mattress, and was constantly slipping.
Only checking out, we were not asked about our stay(though it is minor).

We have always enjoyed staying at this hotel but this stay was different.
When going to bed we discovered the bedsheets were too small for the mattress!
It was midnight after a long day of air travel so we decided to use the bed anyway and as a result it was a very uncomfortable night.
We are disappointed that this would be the case for a prestige hotel along with the continuing rise in rates!!

We had a late flight from the US arrive in Montreal, and an early-ish departure to our final destination in the morning. It was awesome to stay at this hotel, get a solid rest and continue on.
Check in was quick, easy and friendly. Rooms appear to have been renovated somewhat recently, and were quite nice.
Would highly recommend staying here, especially given the quick access to the departures area.

Very convenient and co-located at airport. Restaurants are exceptional. A bit of a pain to get to but once there a real joy to stay. Didn’t hear airport noise at all.

The room was quiet, comfortable, spacious, clean, and I would definitely stay there again in the future. The amenities was sufficient with nespresso coffee to some herbal teas. The bed was a king size, to me, it is very comfortable. It feel firm but not too firm. My only complaint (my pet peeves) was the shower without a door. I hated this design because I get water splashes outside of the shower and I have to clean it up due to potential accidental slippage.
The upside of this hotel was the convenience of checking out and going straight to the airline check-in counter was only a few floors away.
Overall, I gave it 5 stars for the convenient, size, and friendly staffs.

Too many cars at the drop off. Had to walk in the cold with 2 young children and many bags. Asked for a room with a crib and was told it was ready but when I got up to the room there was no crib.

If you are flying out of Dorval Airport, the location of this hotel cannot be beat. The room is spacious, it has a floor to ceiling window which overlooks the airport which I find quite appealing. The gym has several machines (treadmills, weights etc.) it is clean and quiet.
Overall, it is a very nice property and I would stay here in the future if I need to catch a flight.

For one night stop I. Montreal is the best option ..: extremely expensive for what they offer but no doubt is a great experience stay at the airport

The internet was terrible. Kept loosing connection and speed was very slow. We complained at the reception. We were told that the hotel was full, that was the reason. Unacceptable these days in a hotel where you pay 500$ a night for the room. An answer that assume we are idiots.

As a solo traveler it was convenient to stay at a hotel attached to the airport and there was always security personel atound. I felt safe. I enjoyed the spa (got a mani and pedi) the pool and hot tub! Would highly recommend this hotel.
