Family enjoyed the stay.

We enjoy staying at the courtyard by Marriott in Campbell Calif. When visiting family. It’s very clean, the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable, we like the availability of the covered parking, also its within reasonable distance to local shops, grocery stores etc.

The rooms were nice but the breakfast was not very good. We ordered the farm stand, it should have been great but unfortunately the rice and quinoa were cold. The hotel itself was very nice. Have breakfast somewhere else

The amenities in the room were less than acceptable. The coffee was extremely stale and tasted terrible. This is a lovely facility; rethinking the options for coffee and tea in the room is my only critique.

The hotel was nice. We just stayed one night and you could hear the cars going by pretty loudly. That was the only thing we didn’t like. Also didn’t realize we were going to have to pay $15.00 to park our car.

The site is very easy to get to from the freeway.

Staff at front desk and food area were very kind and welcoming. Hotel staff as easy to find.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were spacious and had many amenities that I appreciated.

Close to train station and was able to take train to the 49er game.

I didn't like that i paid to park.

I’ve tried on at least 3 occasions to correct my reservation. I was told I would receive a refund by sept 21 and now have had to go through 2 other Expedia agents who still have not resolved the situation. I’ll never use Expedia again nor will I recommend them.

Fancy resort and worth the price. Fast smooth elevator rides.

The place itself is real nice, need better food choices, access to the pool passing the gym/workout room has no back entrance to pool, keycard doesn't work, you need to go pass the front desk, out the double doors to the left public view access. I think it would be better to have the back door lock fixed for the guests could use their keycard to enter the pool, its totally inconvenience for guests having them go all the way around, especially after a hard workout, we need to get into the jacuzzi to unwind. Another issue, there should be microwaves in each room, there's only 1 microwave which is in the market place, passing again the front desk totally not convenient at all. At check out, there's only 3 luggage carriers that guest can use upon checkout, I think there should be at least 10 since there's lots of rooms being used. I was ready to checkout and had to wait 1/2 hr, not convenient if i have a taxi, uber, etc.etc plane to catch, not cool. It will make me miss my flight? Parking is great, next bldg over, but the cost per night should be waived since we are Marriott members and/or a guest at the Marriott Courtyard. Other than that the place is superb, relaxing, quiet perfect location as well. Just minor details that stood out for me and others in my party as well.

The hotel was clean and quiet.

Friendly and helpful staff. Safe and well lit parking structure. Has a Starbucks, mini store, laundry service, work stations and lounge area onsite. Pool and spa were clean.

Only one elevator was working and that elevator was shaking violently. The front desk staff all just shrugged their shoulders when notified. The parking was dimly lit and felt unsafe. The shower head in our room was terrible with no water pressure.

Ridiculous to charge parking fee for $15,😖😣😖😣we have been travelled a lot different place that this was first time charged for parking. Even at San Francisco Westin or Aloft hotel that never changed parking fee

Pretty great overall. Ordered an old fashioned at the bar and it wasn’t great. They didn’t know how to make it. I should have known better.

The stay here was comfortable and clean. Staff was super. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again

Staff was very pleasant but extremely understaffed. Slow service and hospitality services were not provided. Our rooms shower was not working during our stay. There was also additional chargers for parking lot across the street. Was not offered assistance with bags to room while traveling with a infant and young son.

Yet another amazing stay!

Hotel is lovely and clean, parking is $15 extra but my disappointment is that I thought I had booked the hotel at the Pruneyard but this is a 10 minute walk from the Pruneyard. That hotel is The Doubletree fyi.

Room was clean and enjoyed having the lobby bistro for visiting with friends. Disappointed that room didn’t have a microwave and that there was a daily parking fee.

Great hotel in a great location, near lots of dining options! Parking was $15 per day. Also, you need to let the front desk know if you want your room tidied for longer stays. They don't automatically clean every day. Staff was nice. I'd totally stay there again. Thanks for a positive experience!

I was disappointed. Some of the staff were Very pleasant but clearly overworked. Check in was NOT good. I did not feel welcome, front desk staff, while training a new hire were impersonal and rude. I was placed next to loud teenagers I had to call the front desk over. Parking was not free and across the street. Location was super useful and the grounds were pretty, but not an accommodating hotel whatsoever.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The general manager is a liar and really needs to find a non service related position. The power went out for an entire evening for who knows what reason. Nowhere else lost power. The manager refused to give any kind of compensation. I will never stay here again and I suggest anyone.reading this do the same.
