Last minute trip to Pittsburgh and found this gem. Great location walk to stadiums across from Pnc park. Room was very comfortable n clean had refrigerator cooktop dishwasher full bath and sitting area with desk. Bed was very comfortable. Great sleep.

Its a perfect place to stay for steelers or pirates or Stage AE events. Rooms have full functioning kitchens. Its basically a small apartment. Would be perfect for longer stays. Staff was friendly and professional

The pool was only working the night we arrive then was shut down the remainder of the stay. There was a really rude gentleman who was a staff member during breakfast he was unprofessional and arrogant. While both bathrooms/ showers were being utilized the breaker blew and we had to call the front desk. Maintenance showed up and switched it back on, he was decent. The front desk staff were amazing, very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. They even directed the kids to another hotel to swim at for an hour

Unbelievable location. Staff was very nice. However, like previous other posts, hotel rooms were rundown. Upon entering the room, main room light fixture was on the floor, somewhat broken.
Housekeeping was only done every other day so we had ton of towels stacked for two days. We asked the front desk SEVERAL times for towels and sheets, which were never given.

1st room wasn’t able to charge phone in outlets above bed. very inconvenient i had to be to work and it took them 25 minutes to decide to change me rooms then my second room i was having trouble with my key card multiple times even after giving a whole new one and i was their for 4 nights!

Called ahead to make sure pool was open. After checking in, discovered pool was not open. Very disappointing with kids on spring break.

The only reason I booked the room was so my kids could swim but the pool was closed. They said we could swim in the next hotels pool but then changed their mind for some reason. My little one cried his eyes out. They said they could not give me a discounted stay or refund because I booked through you guys. I'm usually not one to complain but it was a terrible experience.

I wasn’t allowed in my room. I booked this hotel for an emergency and I was rejected service. The man at the main door was very rude. I never received my refund for any of it.

The hotel was fine. The front desk staff seemed like they hated their job. No personality, wasn’t greeted upon check in and at checkout she just stared at me like I had 2 heads when I said I wanted to checkout.

I called for additional wash clothes twice. Toilet was broken and had been used before we arrived . Shower did not drain.

Room service was supposed to be every other night, but my room wasn't cleaned and in room coffee supplies weren't replaced during my 4-day stay. They were out of waffle batter, which upset my granddaughters, and items like coffee and muffins weren't restocked in a timely manner on the breakfast buffet.

Check-in staff was great until I was told that to park my car in your lot that it would cost me $27 a night! (3 nights) She told me it is on the web site. I was not happy with that. The room 414 was very nice. I was also very disappointed that they closed the pool Saturday. My son and I were looking forward to relaxing there after going to some exhibits.

Good:
1) Location - near Pirates/1/4 mile from Steelers
2) Parking - perfect for steelers/pirates, free in/out.
3) Clean/new
4) Nice sized rooms
5) Amazingly quiet, given highway is 150 feet from window, and it was a Steelers weekend.
Bad:
1) Overworked staff - can never get any attention
2) Surprise parking fee after stay - its ok on fee, but tell me, right? probably because they were understaffed/overwhelmed.
3) No bedding on fold out couch (why not?)
Awful:
NO HOT WATER entire weekend. No notice, no apolgies. Just "It's the entire building. We are looking into it." 48 hour later, I went home showerless.
NO consideration for this inconvenience. No reduced/free stay, no notice of sincere apologies, nothing. Felt like

We stayed 6 nights, not once during that time the room was cleaned or refresh, we had to ask on front desk for clean towels, sheets, toilet paper, trash bags and kleenex and did the "refresh" ourselves. We do ask for the refresh after 3 nights, and ask if the cleaning was included and they said "yes, every two days", so they said they were sorry housekeeping hasn't clean the room an supposedly asked for it to be done but it simply didn't happen. So we did it ourselves, they said we can take the dirty towels and trash out to the hall and they'll take care of it... it was there sitting for 3 days, even though we saw the housekeeping cart several times in the hall (cleaning other rooms).

Unfortunately, the hotel had a failure in their hot water boiler so we didn't have hot water the entire stay. The staff was very apologetic though.

We were in town for a concert at Stage AE. Loved that the hotel was in walking distance so we didn’t have to fuss with parking at the venue. Parking is $27 a night but the lot is right behind the hotel and it’s super convenient to come and go. Lots of food/bar options also in walking distance. As soon as we got there we were greeted by Wilmer and he was wonderful and super accommodating. Our initial reservation went through as an accessible room but since we didn’t that, he freed up that room for a guest who might and even asked if we had a floor preference. We went back out, parked, unloaded, and on our way back in stopped to chat with Wilmer and another employee again. I didn’t catch their name but everyone was so friendly. I had seen that some reviews said the hotel was dated but honestly, nothing “bad” or unacceptable stood out to me. The room was clean, there was ice in the freezer, and the bed was so comfortable! It was quiet, too. Even though we were right next to busy streets and overpasses, you couldn’t hear the traffic. Hot breakfast the next morning was nice, too! Eggs, two types of sausage, muffins, bagels, pancakes, cereal, coffee, milks, and juice. We had a nice time and will definitely be back!

Everyone was great and housekeeping always loaded us up with clean towels even on the days it wasn’t due for cleaning and emptied our trash. The people at the front desk were so nice and I was down there when they changed shifts and you can tell they all hit along good. This is our third time there and won’t be the last.
