Everything from the front desk service, cleanliness, great breakfast would defystay here again

Great front desk staff, good breakfast and quiet inside; can hear the highway traffic, it's an older building and a bit dirty plus my room bathroom outlets didnt work, no vending machines either.

Affordable option for swim meet. Only 5 mins from St Pete Rec Plex. Front desk staff is very personable, welcoming, & accommodating. Shower could be updated- caulk was peeling, stains on corner shelf. Breakfast was adequate but basic- breads/muffins, waffles, instant oats, cereals, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes.

Did not get the rooms desired. Gaping hole in breakfast room ceiling. Second rate towels and amenities in room. Will not be staying there again.

The most important thing is that the hotel was/is clean. After that, the staff was very friendly. The only complaint is something that the hotel can't do anything about, and that's the highway noise. Any hotel near an Interstate will have highway noise.

Clean quiet hotel with many dining options nearby

Do not stay here... Management has shady practices when it comes to deposits or holds. Inital hold was nominal, and then magically turned into 250.00 AFTER I checked out. They said I damaged a bathroom door. I told them when I checked in and got to the room, that the bathroom door was already like that, along with my room not having a remote for the TV or a stopper for the bathtub. I also had complaints of the level of noise from the 3rd floor, but I was told that they hotel was full and I should expect that... Disputing charges and filed complaints. You have been warned.

Booked this because of hot tub. When we got there no one could get in as it was way over 105• I asked front desk if they could turn it down. Guess they don’t have a thermostat as in the morning it was barely warm. Oh well. Inexpensive so it was an ok stay.

Great place and very friendly staff. A good place to stay with families. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. There are many restaurants, fast food places and shops that are within walking distance. The salt pool was the perfect size and a lot of fun for our kids. We had two adults and four kids, and they were even able to find us adjoining rooms. It was a great place to spend New Year's Eve. We left a bag behind after we checked out and the hotel staff called right away to let us know. Definitely recommend staying here.

The property is definitely worth the value. It was not the best stay for a toddler because the property is pretty loud overall. There was a lot of road noise as well as noises from other rooms. The staff was friendly and the stay was comfortable. We had issues with the door part of the latch lock missing and we were missing at least one of our outlets covers.

Everyone was just so pleasant, maybe just a holiday, I want to think not. Lot’s of privacy as no many guests, breakfast included and daily cleaning. Safe and closed to my work and walking park

This was a very up and down stay. I feel it was acceptable for an overnight quick stay. However, this hotel looks like it was pieced together. They're was painting that looked horrible. The bathtub caulking was bad bad. The water in the shower didnt reallyyyy work. It came out of the shower head and the faucet at the bottom at the same time. When we first got into the room is spelled like stale cigarettes? We over looked all of this as it wasnt the end of the world. Then at 10:30 at night someone knocked on our door.. we heard this person talking to the person next to us about someone smoking in their room? We felt it was very rude to knock on our door so late at night with children. Then at around 1:00 am while sleeping the fire alarm starting going off. I went down to reception to see what was going on. The reception person could not tell me anything other than " Do not worry everything is fine." I went back to the room and then 30 min later I thought someone was knocking on my door again.. I opened it and it was the front desk person talking to the people next to us again. We constantly felt like there was something going on and we kept getting interrupted or awoken by it. And to top it all off while all of this was going on at midnight we could have SWORN we heard gun shots. We are not new to the stl area. It all seemed very sketchy with no communication. I don't believe we would stay here again.

The hotel was wonderful very clean, and the room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of options hot and cold, very yummy. Just upset because the lady checking me in, used a credit card I didn't approve her to use & caused me problems. I used hotels .com and agreed to pay at hotel, gave my card at check in , but she used a card on file, and that's not what I wanted. I gave her a different card, the one on file was my sons. Just made check out annoying. The man that helped me was nice, but the lady had no idea what she was doing.

I love this hotel. This was our second time staying. You are treated like family from the time you arrive til you leave. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Everything is very clean.

On Sunday, 12/11/2023, our second morning of a 2 day stay, we woke up extremely early to a VERY loud sanding noise. This was accompanied by a strong, noxious odor that permeated heavily into our room! The hotel was having some of their bathtubs reglazed according to the front desk. It became increasingly difficult to breathe. They did put a fan in the hall after we talked to them. Later that same evening, we called and asked if we could have a 1 hr later checkout on Monday, to try to recover some sleep. We had the privacy hanger on the door, and the tv was on that night. At 2:20 a.m., our door was abruptly opened by the man from the front desk! NO knock, NO announcement of any kind! It was obvious that the room was occupied!! We had been intimate shortly before this occurred, and were both still naked! As we were both still awake, we had seen shadows moving in front of our door moments before the door burst open. When confronted, the man said he had wanted to do some maintenance in our room! At 2:20 in the morning!! This was beyond unacceptable!!! Needless to say, we had NO SLEEP AT ALL that night! We believe this hotel clerk had been outside our door listening to us, but why he chose to try to burst in with NO NOTICE, was completely illogical and in my belief, criminal! We would NEVER stay at this hotel again, nor would we recommend that anyone else stay here! This is solely based on our own experience. We are still trying to recover from this complete nightmare of a stay.

The staff were very friendly. There was a sweet note on the dresser that said ‘Have a nice day.’ Went to buy a bottle of water and the front desk said there was no charge. Very helpful finding somewhere to have dinner. The only issue was it was next to the freeway and it was a little noisy. Overall very nice stay.

Staff was friendly and super helpful, they went above and beyond. Breakfast was great, love the indoor pool anmenity, and location next to shopping & dining was ideal. Definitely will stay there again next time I visit.

Did not sleep secondary to highway noise. Pillows are hard and too small. Mattress seemed old. Smelled smoke heavily in hallway and thus permeating into our room. Reported it to front desk. Someone obviously ignoring the no smoking policy. Breakfast so so. Our room was right by elevator so heard that noise as well. Requested handicap room or equivalent as we are old and prefer bars in shower. Walk in not a must but shower floor was slick. At least the building was mostly quiet and our room was large.

Staff member who checked us in 11/3/23 and checked us out 11/4/24 was so friendly and helpful. Clean facilities and breakfast was well stocked.
