A good little room for the price, honestly nicer than I was expecting. There was a rip in the carpet near the bathroom door, a dresser handle was broken & our mini fridge was either broken or not plugged in. Those are all the Negatives really. Our phone did ring at 6:30am though and we didn’t ask for a wakeup call so maybe mute your phone if you stay here.
Everything in the Free breakfast was good except for the eggs, so if you stay here I would avoid them.
The Fitness centre was small but I was still able to get my workouts in that I needed.
Overall would recommend if your looking for an affordable room.

This was absolutely the worst hotel stay in my whole life. So bad that I feel like this a complete waste of my time even writing this.

There were no hot water during our stay. we have complained several times. even during the checkout we have complained regarding this and the staff didn’t respond.

This was a nice little motel. The location was good. The room was small but fine for just myself. The bed was comfortable.
There is limited parking, fewer spits than rooms, but there was a parking garage which is free on weekends across the street. There was a sports bar two doors down one way and a live entertainment bar two doors down the other way. There was no noise from those places in my room. You could definitely here people talking in the hallway. There was no hot water on the morning of checkout.

Decent room with good room amenities. Common areas (like hallways) are quite dated, old and comes across as dirty. So-called included breakfast is exceedingly austere.

The top sheet on my bed had stains. The general condition of the hotel was worn and grungy looking. Light fixtures missing.very limited parking. Got blocked in by another car.

Very noisy, doors closing walls very thin , heard music till 1am , exterior wall is shared with a bar on the other side , breakfast was not as shown in hotel photos, just scambled eggs only , no waffles , no sausages , no home fries , carpet in room dirty, no heat in bathroom

My wife and I had a terrible time staying here. In the middle of the night we heard banging on our door, felt very unsafe, the area around is also filled with druggies and overall unsafe. Would not recommend!

This was a property that was bought and repurposed as a hotel. The walls were super thin and we couldn’t sleep because of people coming in late at night and we could clearly hear them talking. Until better sound proofing is installed, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff was great, super nice. the issues I had was the room it had a broken floor in the bathroom, the shower was broken the door didn’t stay closed, there was a light bulb out in there making it pretty dark, the sink tap was broken didn’t stay on,nothing had Been wiped down there was what looked to be toothpaste on the mirror and sink there where dirt marks all over the walls,the only nice thing is the bed seemed clean and the towels seemed clean. was very disappointed with the condition of the room have stayed here before and had an amazing time and everything was super clean and incredible. our room being like this during this stay to say the least was super disappointing and that doesn’t even seem like a strong enough word.

Rooms are nicer than expected for the price. The location is ideal, close to restaurants, shops, convenience stores, bars, and clubs ( but you cant hear them.
The staff are exceptional! Very friendly, helpful, and eager to make sure you are comfortable and content. I will stay here again.

Warch out for parking lot..drove over a catch basin civer ..it popped up and hit bottom of car had to maneuver several times to get out

Great stay! So close to everywhere we were going and very friendly staff. The rooms were great! Had no complaints at all except the juice machine was broken at breakfast. Other than that, the stay was awesome! They even have a little store to buy drinks and snacks!

There was a pub next to the hotel with music banging on our walls until 1am. Neither Expedia not the hotel advised that this might be an issue at the time of booking.
Staff- angry, argumentative, humiliated us in front of other guests. Asked us to leave the premises.
Food- stale bread and bagels, juices unavailable
Parking - very limited. Other parking lot is a block away so you walk with kids and luggage in freezing temperatures.
Never going back again.

Nothing bad to say. I didnt stay for the entire 1 nights stay, I left maybe 5 hrs in because I had to drive to the west side and it just didnt make sense for me to come all the way back to the east side. It would be nice if they have an option where you can rest for a few hours...maybe a 6 or 12 hr option...just saying

Roon was fine, clean and cozy but outdated. As many others mentioned, the walls are pretty thin. There was what sounded like a whole muder scene next door, to the point we banged on their door at 4am . Women screaming and fighting with a man, clearly zonked on something. Anyway, its not necessarily a nice place to stay but for the 1 night we stayed it was fine. We checked for bugs because of previous reviews but our room was fine

The hotel is steps from the Eaton Centre. There are restaurants, shopping and markets to visit in the area. We will be back.

The room was clean. The washroom was very small. The floors in the room I was in were very creaky. The safety lock on the inside of the door was broken. The bathroom door knob was stuck and I had a difficult time getting the door open.

The room was not good mirroe on wall broken cracked floor in bathroom the door was fallinf off heater was missing the top the shower curtin was so dirty and the bottom with strange stains no curtins in the window for 182 for one night i except more then that horriable stay ..

Although an older, budget friendly hotel, our room was Clean, beds neatly made, adequate towels and supplies. Sparsely decorated but clean. No odours even though the room

Some basic maintenance needs to be done. Railing on the 3rd floor needs repair and the the shower bar connecting to the glass enclosure needs repair also. But besides that, I enjoyed my stay.

We didn’t end up staying. Upon check in we had some issues getting any credit cards to verify for the deposit, and experienced another couple physically come in to request their deposit finally be returned after being checked out for days, whatever right! Stuff happens, but upon being given our keys we entered an icebox. The room literally didn’t have the heat on, while my husband corrected that I checked the beds (given how many bedbug reviews they have) I didn’t get past one flip of the quilt before I found a bunch of hair on sheets that had definitely been slept on previously.
At this junction instead of attempting to correct our issues management just offered us a refund and the ability to leave, we took it!
