Clean place to stay and also convenient to travel

Front staff was amazing and informative. Room was clean. Could use a new mattress but not awful. Normally a fairly heavy sleeper. I heard everything all night. From the loudest walker above me, semi truck running in the parking lot, to what sounded like construction at 4am.

Smelled of smoke everywhere. Elevators, hallways, my room’s bathroom (in a non-smoking room) - everything just reeked. Other than the smell, it was okay. But it’s hard to look past.

Short stay as an overnight stop. Room and furnishings were bare-boned but adequate. I had a good night’s rest.

First, I was grateful to Dave for allowing me to check in early. I was able to frwhwn yo before having to go to work. Easy access off/on highway. Although it is suitable for long stays, there was nothing in the room but the fridge, microwave, and stove top. There was free coffee in the lobby but no coffee pot in the room. Everything else needed to operate a kitchen; untensils, pots, bowl, was extra. You had to ask for it and possibly there was a fee. I manage without. Fortunately, the hotel was next door to Sheetz which I visited every day for their 99 cent coffee special. I grabbed snacks and even ordered food to go. The hotel was clean, and I must say, very secure. Your hotel key was needed all the time. I personally booked for the laundry service on premise. Traveling weekly, I need to keep up. Overall staff was friendly, area was safe, and the room was comfortable. My biggest disappointment was that there was no blow dryer.

This hotel has cockroaches. I left after two days and was supposed to stay a month. Bugs were coming out of the walls. On the floor, counters, and tables. Even in the bathroom. Told the hotel they had a cockroach infestation and they lied and said they don’t have bugs but they do. I even changed rooms twice, stayed in one room a night then another room and still found more cockroaches in the room. Pictures are attached of the cockroaches I killed in the room.

The room was basic but very clean; perfect for my short work trip. Staff was accommodating and building was clean too. Also, I had no issue finding parking.

This is a long term stay hotel as well as short term. Overall the hotel and room were very clean, probably one of the cleaner hotels I’ve stayed in at this price point. I would recommend staying here.

The motel allows you to keep your dog with you. Lots of space for them to go outside.

Me and I had to say at the hotel we also got another week there which is this week same room number 223 and the date is 7/30/21-8/14/21. They didn’t put us in a handicap room you have to clean your own rooms do your own laundry and exchange in your towels and wash rags but you have to change your own bedding and washer and bedding there’s usually no one at the desk they’re out smoking and they’re not very friendly I need to add this day onto my prior weeks day so I can get all my points. My apartment won’t be ready and I’m gonna have to stay here another week I would just go find another hotel but it’s just too much with my age and being disabled I just won’t come back here to stay there’s a lot of drug attic’s and drugs going on in the building and outside the building lot of odd smells and that smells in the hallways just not clean and manage very well at all

Nice, clean, up to date hotel. Manager was very accommodating when I had an issue with noise on the 1st floor from construction workers. Moved me to the 4th floor which was a lot better. Being an older disabled adult I really appreciated getting much needed sleep

We booked this hotel because of the proximity of our job site. We arrived at 5:00pm and the office was closed. We had to call to get someone to come check us in. There was an unusual amount of paperwork involved in the check in process, which raised red flags immediately. All areas of the hotel (including our room) smelled of either cigarettes or marijuana usage. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the bed frame did not feel sturdy. The bathroom door would not open all of the way because the floor was sloped. We went back downstairs within a few minutes to ask about changing rooms, but the staff member was gone and we were unable to locate anyone. The outside of the hotel looked fine, and Grove City was nice. However we ended up having to move hotels quickly because this property felt dirty and unsafe.

Our Floor reeked horribly bad of Marijuana and other substances. There were needles in the street.

WoodSpring Urbancrest was very clean and safe. Staff was friendly. I have no complaints about them. I would definitely go back to stay.

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff always nice and helpful. The staff will make you follow the rules, which is totally understandable for both yours and their well being and safety. The price was great for being on a budget. It was great to have a regular size refrigerator, a sink and a couple burners to be able to cook a home cooked meal. I would definitely recommend paying the $7 to be able to get fresh towels and linens as many times as you want or need them. Otherwise the rooms only get cleaned every other week if you are staying longer term and that is a long time to wait for a fresh towel. Overall, a nice place to stay and will definitely stay there again!!!

Facility was extremely clean and well maintained...room was simple/basic but clean...excellent for a very good price

Parking was limited. Hallways and rooms had a smell of stale smoke.
