The owners of this property really go out of their way to make sure that they help you with all your needs. We were renting a kitchenette suite and if I needed something that wasn't in it I just asked and they tried their best to get what I needed to cook. The Friday night was a little noisy with some real party animals in the room beside us but all in all it was a good stay.

It was good. Friendly staff. The only thing we found it a bit difficult is that in our room the space between the toilet and the sink is a little tight, cause to get there is tight/narrow. But it was just in the room we stayed at we noticed that. We only stayed there for one night.

A clean room and comfortable bed! I’ve stayed here 3 different times before and the owners are great, very friendly and always helpful with my evening check ins. I will stay again next time I’m in town, the location is perfect for me.

Found a dirty towel and bandaid in the bathroom and put it outside. Bathroom is too small. Noise from other rooms is annoying. Had to go back to office 3 times to pick up a 3rd set of towels and pillows. The price is 3 times what it should be for what we got.

It was very clean and quiet. Easy access to Point Pelee Park and to the island ferry, though we didn't go there. Owners were really nice. Half the price of other hotels such as Seacliff Inn.

Property is clean and safe. Staff answers your call. I just dont like the fact they do not have hair dryer and i prefer a better pillows and beddings. No coffee maker and coffee available at the room. I also asked for a 1 hour extension to leave because i have something to do but I am being asked to pay extra. WHy?

When I asked to cancel the stay because of an emergency and I was ready to pay the $50.00 penalty they have refused and charged me the whole amount. When I tried to cancel through Expedia website, the software was un-responsive. So my first experience with Expedia will probably be the last.

I am sorry but the place is fitly: The hand towel in the bathroom looked like it was used previously to clean shoes. The mattress box cover looked fitly, full of stains. The room smelled like a smoking parlor.

Very nice staff. Nice, clean room with a little table and fridge. No carpet, clean laminate floor. Very close to Point Pelee National Park.

The motel was close to shops and restaurants. We were pleased that there was a mini fridge and microwave. Beds were very comfortable. There was no hair dryer and the soap for the shower wasn't up to par, so bring your own just in case. Overall, for a 2 star we were very pleased.

A budget option, but excellent for the price. Clean, has relatively quiet air conditioning units, is convenient (short drive) to downtown restaurants and visits to Point Pelee National Park. Holiday Beach 30 min west. Fast food and Tim's within walking distance or very short drive. Laid back pace in town, never crazy traffic. Very friendly staff.

The host was gratious and pleasant. Right across from the hospital plus the Imperial restaurant that has a massive breakfast menu. The AC had trouble keeping up but in all fairness it was 32C. I'd stay again.

The price was right. Very basic accommodation with no extra amenities. It met our accommodation needs, clean, maintained in a satisfactory condition. Would stay again if need arose.

Property was clean and rooms were upgraded. Check in was easy and owner was very friendly. Place was noisy however, with a lot of banging and crashing from adjacent room in the middle of the night (I suspect it was a dog)

It is a little rustic which is overset by the very nice people running the Sun Parlor, and the excellent price for the area in birding season.
