The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Apartment sized refrigerator/freezer had plenty of room. The hot breakfast was amazing. Only an easy 5 minute walk to the Mall of America and the train station. My only complaint was that I had to fly out too early on my last day that I had to smell the delicious breakfast cooking, but had to leave before I could enjoy it.

This was a nice Location in walking distance from Mall of America. The the Front Desk Agents were very helpful and Professional. The only issue i had, is the Water didn't get Hot enough. Otherwise nice Hotel.

Check in was easy with courteous friendly person. The motel is clean and quiet. The one bedroom was lovely and perfect for us. The breakfast was excellent. I’ll stay here next year when I visit Minneapolis.

Property was very clean. Pool was clean and well maintained. Great selection for breakfast. Was in close proximity to the Mall of America (practically out the parking lot and into the MOA parking garage). Was surprised wasn't more expensive! Would definitely recommend.

Elevators kept going out. Entry cards deactivated before 11:00 a.m. My son was locked out. I was in shower when he returned from gym. Cards did not work. Confusing, considering check out is at 12:00 noon. Then we were told elevators were out again. As I am hadicap, stairs are not an option. They called us when working.

Nice hotel but I was told that on the third day they would clean our room but they never did. Otherwise was it a nice hotel to have a mini vacation with our family.

I’ve stayed in this hotel three separate times within the last month for work. Every time has been pleasant and the staff was fantastic. I had to have maintenance come to the room the last time I stayed for a minor repair from the previous occupant, maintenance was very friendly, fast and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

Hands down this is the best hotel I have stayed at. Customer service is top notch, the breakfast they offer is not only good but they have a wide selection. The pool and gym were super clean, as well as my hotel room. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Excellent service. Angelo (receptionist) was very helpful and polite. The room was like new, very clean with a little kitchen (it was perfect). Nice indoor pool. Breakfast good (eggs, sausage, bacon) oatmeal, fruits, bagels, juice and coffee.

The beds were super comfy. You could hear the planes fly over during the day but nothing at night and I sleep extremely light. The shower was nice, loved that shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in large containers. The only downsides were that there was no hot tub and the pool was extremely cold. Oh and the breakfast didn’t have sausage or bacon but we had a wonderful stay.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds but when we checked in we were told that they over booked and only had a room with a king bed and a pullout. The pullout bed has a very thin mattress and is very uncomfortable. we were able to switch rooms on the second night that had 2 queen beds. Other than that everything was great.

It was nice stay. Kind staff, clean room, complementary breakfast, I needed to use the kitchen for work, and they had enough tools. You may bring a knife if you cook a lot. I was happy to stay here. Will be back.Thank you.

We got a big room with a kitchenette. It was really good for us and out two wild kids, age 4 and 2. Only one small complaint I can really think of, which is that the vent fan in the bathroom wasn't very effective.

I liked the property. The 2 bedroom suite was kinda small for 5 people and also at check-in, it was fruit flies all over the room.

This hotel was excellent! The room was extremely spacious and the kitchenette was perfect for our family. It was so convenient having a full fridge and sink! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We will definitely be staying here again!
