It was an excellent vacation for me and my husband, and staying at this hotel made it unique beautiful hotel, clean and have decent workers. The only issue we had was over the weekend they had a lot of guests that had younger kids and the hallway was very noisy and the family next to our room was super noisy. If they can try and control the noise by letting parents know that they should at least try and help there kids know that in hotels you don't run around and make noise because some people are there to get some rest and don't need to be disturbed, I think that will be nice.( Though I know it can be difficult). But other than that we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Excellent service 👌. Thank you.

Negatives: I got bit along my body from something in the bed through the night. The pillows didn't hold up for a nights stay. The water continued to fluxuate from warm to hot to cold and back again without touching the handle and the breakfast was not quite what i typically get from this company. Positives: Check in was quick and courteous. The location was ideal to shop, eat and access multiple mountain locations. The pool and fitness center were maintained and easy to access.

Girls trip to the Poconos was a success. Spacious rooms,complementary breakfast & fire pit on the patio.

Checking in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff was extremely nice during our entire stay, able to accommodate us with two rooms adjacent to each other. Rooms were spacious and clean, property was well kept. Nice coffee/tea station throughout the day!

Such a bad experience had neighbors wre acting like savages all night and end up fighting eachother at 4am. Called to report nose and the lady in the front desk said she CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MEANWHILE THAT HAVE SIGNS ALL OVER THE FACILITY STATING QUITE TIME FROM 10PM TO 7AM. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Perfect location for a stay in the Poconos! Just off 611 and interstate 80. Lots of food nearby. Friendly staff. Clean, comfy, large room with quiet thermostat and mini refrigerator. Easy parking. Free and delicious breakfast!

Great location close to everything in the Pocanos ! Nice lobby and pool. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable.

After driving 3 hours to reach your location, we checked in. Within approximately 30-60 minutes, we saw a bed bug. We took a picture, enlarged it and brought the bug and the picture to the front desk. We requested to check out and be refunded for our reservation. Although your staff offered to move us to a different room, this was unreasonable because we had already learned that there are bed bugs in your hotel and it made us feel uncomfortable. We are aware that your staff on duty, Tatyana and Jennifer, contacted you to authorize a refund. However, none was given, pending “an investigation”. Since we presented the bed bug, we don’t understand what investigation is needed and why we were not immediately refunded. We didn’t cancel the reservation, we showed up for it and we were met with substandard conditions in your hotel that could result in our having an infestation in our home. We asked to speak with you directly but your staff refused to call you back. They tried to say perhaps it was just a tick, as if somehow that does not reflect substandard cleaning. We left the hotel and tried to find alternate sleeping arrangements. Just for context, we drove from your hotel to a Hilton, and the front desk said they were full, but nonetheless, they immediately starting calling local hotels to try to help us find a room. We could not find alternate sleeping arrangements. We had to drive hours back home Days later.We were issued a refund of half we wanted a total refund...

Very comfortable room and bed, and it was also very quiet too!

I liked the decor of the facility and the room itself. However, I was deeply disappointed that my room was switched upon check-in. I booked a King studio, but was switched to a double queen upon check-in. The King studio was not available for both nights. The issue was resolved but I was still very disappointed that they did not mention it to me at the check-in desk. I found out when I went to the room. The hotel itself provided a snack as a token for the inconvenience, but it was their fault due to a glitch in their system. They should have given me the first night free instead of token snacks. Nevertheless, the rest of my stay for the two nights was excellent. I loved the breakfast options also.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the décor was cheerful. Definitely would come again and would refer to my friends!

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast. Breakfast could have had more variety of foods and should have been restocked faster. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel and surrounding area was quiet and felt safe. I would choose to stay here again.

From our check-in, to check-out, my husband and I had an amazing time. PROS: Great location near local wineries, great restaurants, shopping, Pocono Pub is amazing. The bathroom was very clean, soft towels, comfortable sheets. Fantastic selection with the free breakfast - sausage, eggs, yogurt, waffles, assorted bagels, toast,cereal for kids, good coffee and tea selection. The staff ALWAYS refilled everything in a timely matter and smiled the whole time. The area felt very safe, and very quiet - it's far away enough from the highway that it's no issue. You can occasionally hear the trains :-) CONS (just a few!): The bed was a little stiff for me but I have back issues so most hotels don't have great beds :-) The pool had LOTS of chlorine so we didn't even try to go in because of the strong chemical smell which was a little disappointing. Overall GREAT hotel stay - highly recommend!

I did Not like how I put To pay at hotel but was charged at 8am when check in was at 3 and because it declined they canceled my reservation. So when I went To check in at 3:50 I wasn’t able to get a room now after I just drove 3 hours with my family. To now have to find another place last minute and more expensive.

Great better then expected

Everything was great but 1 thing. On Tuesday morning we were leaving for the day and requested at front desk for our room to be serviced with new towels and remove the trash, they said it will be taken care of and it wasn’t. We came back later that evening, and nothing was done and then I’m going downstairs to get new towels and throwing out our own trash.

The lady who received us was not welcoming at all. She shouldn't be working with customers if you aren't going to be pleasant.

All was great but the hot tube come use some plastering.
