The whirlpool was amazing with strong jets! The breakfast was delicious with various choices such as scrambled eggs, cheese egg omelets, oatmeal, boxed cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins, sausage patties, and baked potatoes. They also had a waffle press machine where you could make your own waffles with a choice of toppings like nuts, chocolate syrup and maple syrup, plus coffee and juices !!!

I received an upgrade which made my family comfortable, the breakfast was great! The location was convenient to all local stores and the venue at Kalahari Resorts.

No one came to clean our room while we were there so I had to gather trash to keep from overflowing, not sure if I was to request someone to do so or not.

issues with payment was double charged for a room that was paid for months ago and this was told to front desk and happened twice and still haven’t been refunded

staff was extremely rude, took half hour to check us in, “new computer system” couldn’t verify that we paid. extremely rude. couldn’t cancel reservation nor get into our room. don’t go here. rooms outdated, smelled.

The parking lot is insanely bright and there are no light blocking curtains in the room so it’s tough to get a good nights sleep in a room that’s brightly lit up even at night. The walls are thin so it’s tough to get quiet time. Our neighbor was using their blow dryer for over 2 hours between 8-10pm and it was so loud in our room we couldn’t sleep. Apparently the hotel isn’t able to do anything about other guests being noisy so we had to pack up and move to another room late at night to get away from it. Also there’s no dairy other than powdered creamer for coffee even during breakfast. I found it odd that there was no cream or milk available. Would not recommend and we won’t be revisiting.

It's a good place to stay when visiting Camelback resort. It's a short drive away. The hotel is surrounded by places to eat and shop across the main street.

there is no restaurant on site. the only meal available was breakfast in the morning
