The hotel was definitely clean and the staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast buffet had limited options but tasted good. The juice in the buffet was watered down with ice (you could see it in the juice container).
The doors in the hotel room were not fitted in the frame properly so two of the doors in my suite would not close. The TV in the main area of my suite was missing its cables so it couldn’t be watched.

Parking was plentiful, hotel lobby was clean and modern, customer service was excellent at checkin and the suite was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Overall good stay. One piece of feedback, at checkin I wanted to confirm the hotel was pet friendly and was told there was a $75 non-refundable fee for my fur baby. This was no where mentioned on the listing on hotel.com. With the added cost, I would NOT have selected this hotel.

Fantastic property, very quiet, great staff. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but it was basically what most hotels do for breakfast these days. Strongly recommend this place.

Fantastic Hotel!!! Great amenities, fantastic breakfast. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Love that dogs are allowed. The only minor thing I could comment on were the quality of the sheets (however, I am a bit high maintence in my own home with sheet quality), the pillowcases felt a bit scratchy. But so incredibly minor on the larger scale. Fantstic stay, we will be back!!

I got this hotel just for my son to swim on New Year’s Eve and the chlorine was so strong he only swam 30 minutes and he had the worst cough and was sneezing terribly (He was not sick at all before swimming)

Booked and paid weeks in advance, but at check in they said they overbooked and we didn’t have a room. We went back and forth and ended up with a room. There were 3 towels for 6 people, no conditioner, no soap. The toilet paper holder was busted, the bathtub had no stopper so it didn’t hold water. The pool didn’t have towels and had such poor ventilation that my whole family was coughing and eyes and throat burning so bad we had to leave. We asked staff to check the pool. Chlorine was normal but pH was high. The chlorine gas was so bad we couldn’t go back to the pool which was the reason we booked here in the first place. We checked out early and went home. Very unsatisfied as this was a Christmas gift for my four young kids.

The hotel is centrally located to groceries, restaurants, etc. It is nice looking, and well kept outside. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was received was good. Over all it was comfortable and family friendly.

This was one of the cleanest, nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. Excellent service, friendly staff, very nice rooms, spotless and new feeling. The breakfast was wonderful, and had a very nice eating area too!
However, the walls seemed to be paper thin! And we had two very loud neighbors on each side that stayed up until 3-4am and woke us and our kids throughout the night. We could hear them talking even at a normal volume. It sounded like elephants above us, or like the ceiling might give out. If we had people around us that were so noisy or late, this would have been a perfect stay, but with the walls being so thin, and not sound proof at all, it was a very rest-less stay.

What a relief to find a room that was clean, neat, and inviting. Bedding was not flimsy or worn out looking. Staff was friendly yet professional.

Excellent place to stay! Best in a 10-day road trip! Staff was pleasant and we had everything we needed in the room. The ceiling fan was an added bonus that we did not fin in any other hotel we stayed in-made the room temperature perfect.

Was greeted by a friendly clerk who was helpful and got us checked in flawlessly. We even got smiles which was a blessing after a long day with traveling. Room was a nice set up, but the flooring seemed unlevel as the doors to the dressers wouldn't close. Also, we had ants around our lavatory sink, not a lot of them or we would have contacted the front desk...not great to see ants crawling around your toiletries, but at least there were less than 10. Other than that, we had a good experience there!

It was ok. Nothing terrible, but it’s the little things; I expected more at this price point. There was an odd whirring/chirping noise all night, the room had a slight perfumery odor as if covering something up, only 2 towels for 4 people, and the “hot” breakfast was disappointing. The potatoes were still frozen. Took my appetite away.

We arrived late as we were visiting someone in the hospital and our toilet never functioned during our stay. We went down to the lobby to use the restroom during our stay and that toilet was plugged in the mens room as well. No staff on duty at the time to make repairs. We have stayed in this chain several times and always had a great experience, this specific one could use a bit more maintenance.

We enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites very much. Check-in was a breeze (Byron took good care of us) ... the room was large, clean, and comfortable ... parking was convenient ... the breakfast was delicious!
I did think that the hallways and elevators were showing their age a bit--it seemed like perhaps the ventilation systems weren't up to snuff during our visit.
That said, I felt like the slight difference we paid for this vs lesser hotels was well worth it. Will definitely look here again for future stays.

This was a layover stop for us on our way home to Utah. It was a great area with lots of shopping and dining choices. The hotel itself is great. Newer property, clean, spacious. The gaming room was a hit with the kids. The workout room was incredible. The pool was spacious, too. Breakfast was delicious. Man, I just don’t have one negative thing to say about this place and if anyone does they are nuts.
