My family and I enjoyed the area and the hotel! We will return!

Booked online, $108 a night. When we get to the hotel, there’s a huge party going on and the music is insanely loud. Not a worker to be scene. There was a sign that said call the operator if you need assistance. Called twice. The first time I couldn’t hear over the music and no one showed up to help. After checking out I received multiple holds on my card, 5 days later holds are still there. Come to find out in addition to the $108 a night with this “pet friendly” hotel they will charge you an additional $75. When I called to ask the lady said I obviously didn’t read the sign at the front desk. To be clear, the only sign I seen at the front desk said sorry we stepped away press 0 on the phone if you need help. Wouldn’t recommend. Yall definitely aren’t worth $200 a night. You were overpriced at $108.

The only thing this needs is usb ports in the rooms for charging phone and accessories

At our price there was no free breakfast but the cook to order breakfast was great.

There were no towels for the bathroom and long black hairs on the back of the toilet seat. My husband and I were too tired to deal with it honestly and the sheets and bed seemed good- also the air conditioner hopefully won’t keep me up but it sounds like it is on its last leg

When we first got to our room there was a long hair on the bed then, when I go to take a shower, there was pubic hair in the shower. The carpet on the 3rd floor was filthy down the hall. Not very happy about the stay.

Not paying for a continental breakfast of beagles and cereal when other hotels offer it for free

Hotel is right off the highway and in great location to food and shopping.

Very nice room, we had handicap room with walk in shower which was nice. We didn’t pay 4.95 for a continental breakfast , we went elsewhere.

Clean rooms!

Moldy smell in room. Elevator not working properly. Advertised free continental breakfast but charged 4.95 and 12.95 for terrible food.

Was very disappointed on how dirty the halls were in this hotel. The elevator was not working and off course they put us on the 2nd floor. We had 4 people and only 2 towels and no hand soap.

The only issue is the pool is always dirty and cloudy. This is the 3rd time at this property and the time before the pool and spa were really gross. This time was much cleaner, but the pool was still pretty cloudy. Needs to be cleaned more frequently, I would say. I’m not a pool expert.

Great place to stay in Ardmore Oklahoma

Clean rooms. Parents in room next to us started being loud at 7:30 in the morning waking us up. They continued being loud until atound 8:30 when I got loud. Other than that everything was great.

Upon check in I was given the room key and was asked to go check if the room was cleaned. I went to the second floor to check the room and the tv was left on bed hadn’t been made and the trash can was full of sanitary napkins. I then returned to the front desk informed them it wasn’t and told the gentleman at the desk what was wrong, he then asked me to go back up take pictures and check another room on the third floor, when I informed him I couldn’t keep walking up and down due to a recent surgery and just got my cast removed from my leg he continued to ask so I finally told him he was going to have to check I was a guest not an employee. He proceeded to go check the room on third floor told me that there was a light that didn’t work but it was clean, when I got to the room it was in terrible condition only two lights worked, phone was broken and didn’t work, we didn’t even have comforters on the beds. I ordered Pizza Hut and my order was left on a table in the main lobby for anyone to take I had to call and was informed where it was but they didn’t know who it belonged to due to them not being at the front desk. I took pictures of everything. This is by far the worse extended stay I have ever stayed at and for that matter the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would never stay at this location again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE!
