The toilet seat was way loose. The counter top to the bathroom sink was broken and patched with caulking. The room smelled musty no deodorant or disinfectant smell of any kind.

Amazing, dark, quiet and wonderful

Room floors were dirty, refrigerator was defrosting, baby cockroaches in the shower. Shower pressure sucked. Toilet too close to the countertop

Friendly staff decent room. Only thing i found negative ( if i had to say anything) is humidity is quite high and whoever they hired for painting did a poor job lol. Otherwise one of the nicest 2 star hotels ive stayed at

Sleepy well

AC was amazingly cold. Beds like laying on a huge pillow.

I booked a room at the Castle Rock, CO location and the confirmation had me at the Ardmore, Oklahoma location. Called and explained and the desk manager kept saying to cancel on my end, which I couldn’t do. I hate being this person but he spoke broken English and had a hard time communicating with me.

While traveling we started trying to contact the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late. After 1hr 30 mins of being able to make no contact we decided to call Expedia and see what they could do. They also tried several times with no answer. Expedia told me they would send a email to the hotel to let them know about late check in. After arriving to the hotel at 3am we were placed on the second floor (no elevator) not a issue for us but it was for my mother. Getting into the hotel room we walked through the door and 3 small roaches ran across the bathroom floor. The room was about 100 degree so we instantly turned on the a/c. My mom and wife were instantly ready to leave after seeing the roaches but i convinced them i would search the room really good (I had just got done driving several hours and had no interested in trying to find another hotel last minute) I was tasked with going to the restroom and killing the roaches. Was able to kill one the other two ran back into the light fixture. The shower was disgusting. It had hair on the sides of the tub and either shampoo or conditioner on the walls ( very obvious you wouldn’t miss it) the rags were brown and the room smelled awful. The hallways smelled like you were at a animal shelter. The smell of marijuana was strong walking down the dirty hallways. The morning of check out we went downstairs and waited in the lobby for someone to show up to check us out. While sitting there, there were also small roaches running.

Room was clean parking was easy and well light easy to check in .

Had roaches, said they had no extra blankets, but breakfast was ok.

Quietness

The building inside was ok, but once wr got i to out room, cockroaches apperead in a bunch, plus the lock equipped did not work we had all of them missing besides the card lock, the shower was ok more hot water than cold and when they came to clean the room they only did one bed and not both, plus the sheets were very dirty. Over all will not be staying here again

The room we were in had many issues. Shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder were coming out of the wall. Toilet seat not secure. Mold along the floor and around the tub. We had been here before and were impressed with the property. Very disappointed this time.

Don’t book at this hotel, even to save money. It was dirty as hell. I had to go down to the lobby 3 different times for new sheets and pillow cases because the “clean” ones in the room were so filthy.

I asked for clean towels and the towels that they gave me smelled dirty and had a stain, the bed smelled dirty too. I don’t even think they wash towels or sheets in this hotel, the room was really dirty too, plus the guy in the night and the lady in the morning they were really rude

You get what you pay for. Extremely fair price but lacking even for no frills. The place simply needs a little TLC and it would be an exceptional value.

No frills, but the price is right.

Thankfully it was truly a non smoking room but was musty and hot as they keep air units off to conserve energy. Took about hour to cool down. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

The bath and shower curtain was full of mold black mold. The mattress, pillows, sheets,pillowcases, sheets where nasty and dirty. I want my money back. We left and got another hotel.

Room was dirty, we stayed in room 111, shower curtains was filthy and the shower handle was not working right, bed sheets and pillows were stained. Has a weird smell in the bathroom. Just dirty, wont recommend staying here.

First the reservation was canceled last min. by Expedia so they said then had to pay extra and room was not even worth the extra it had roaches, dirty sheets, toilet had paint chipping off , shower curtain was cloth and was stained the place was very unsanitary.

The bathroom was filthy. The sheets had not been changed. Their were hairs in the bed and it smelled of sweat. Will never stay in a Microtel again.

We both liked the bed and the pillow. The paint job was so sloppy and trim paint on the walls, brown paint splattered on the bathroom tiles, holes drilled in the wall and not patched - it just wouldn't take much to fix these and make it a much better first impression. We were expecting a basic hotel but we weren't expecting such sloppy workmanship.

Nice convenient location

Received a call at 1:45, cancelling my reservation due to overbooking…told them no. Next call, minutes later, reservation cancelled due to storm damage..3 rooms, again told them no. I’d be there. 3rd call, guessing the owner, cancelled my reservation due to storm damage…not a helpful guy. After checking into another motel, found out that there was no storm. So, no damage? Contacting microtel ownership/management….not finished with this yet. Reservation was verified 3 weeks ago.

There were roaches in my room, and the staff refused to provide me with a receipt for incidentals, even though they insisted upon taking my card information for same upon check in. I'd enjoyed staying here previously, but I won't be back anytime soon.

Good for price. Quiet and clean. Safe

My room 202 had electrical outlets were covered in burn marks so I just didn’t feel safe using them

The room was very clean, the water was hot, and the bed was comfortable. I don't need much more than that.
