I truly enjoyed my staff with my family suring Christmas holiday. Our desk clerk, Christina (i think), was very helpful during our stay.

Clean safe nice

Came in for a family event. The stars all greeted with a smile and rooms were clean bed was comfortable

It was safe, quiet, clean and great breakfast. It was perfect one night stay. No complaints

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Ballantyne over Thanksgiving while visiting relatives. The suite was super clean, spacious, quiet and well-appointed. Staff, especially Martha at the breakfast buffet, was kind and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

The night light didnt work in the bathroom, the entry way floor was sticky and the mattress needed replacing… toooo soft

The property was excellent. However, Expedia did not make clear that there was a pet fee. This was very concerning after ten hours of driving!

Everything was awesome

Pay for a King Bedroom and They give a 2 queen room because for booked by 3rd party. The queen side bed is hotel queen which is like a full side bed. No manager on site during the whole weekend and not employees able to resolve any issue. After I cancel the no used night the did not refund my money. Stay away from this hotel.

Quiet property

Customer service need some work. Front desk that checked us in on Saturday 10/21/23 around 6:15 pm was rude, short and abrasive. She appeared to be very unhappy with her job. We found and killed several bugs in our room and the beds/mattress felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I am a Hilton’s Honor customer and I’m very disappointed in this property. Needs improvements.

My wife and I have been a guest at Hampton Inn many times in the past and are usually very satisfied with our stay, however we were a bit let down this time. To begin with, at check-in, we waited over 10 minutes before anyone was at the front desk to great us. Then, we noticed that only one of the two elevators worked during our stay. The carpeting in the hallways was dirty and needed to be vacuumed and the floors in the public areas and elevators needed to be mopped. The hand sanitizer stations were empty. Our room was mostly okay, although the television was a bit on the small side at 39" and there was no channel guide to be found anywhere in the room and we thought the television was awkwardly placed in the room.

Clean, quiet, convenient

Stayed here on Sat 10/1/23 - Had a great experience, so I stay here on 10/4/23 Check in was poor with a new employee who did not even know how to great me, as the trained employee stood by her side. Was assigned Room 403 and that's when the problems started. 1 Tissue in the box, had to call and get some since I have allergies. The AC was running and had a loud squealing that would not stop even after attempted to figure out why. The clock in the room had a broken display and was unreadable. I went to take a shower prior to heading out, and ran the water for over 20 minutes and never even got semi warm. I tested the sink and got instant hot water. Looked at the shower and both of the screws to hold the handle into the wall were half unscrewed (so maintenance would have been aware, as well as house keeping seeing this) Running the water also showed this shower had a leak under the door rails dripping water onto the floor (also why the corner of the door jam was rusted out. I called the front desk and was told they would call me back, 15 minutes later I walked down to the front desk to get a new room with no apology for the issues, I was assigned 402 Outlet pulled about from the wall about 3 inches, and this room had a cord cut on the clock and lights flickered and NO HOT WATER Again, called front was told maintenance would have to look at it and they are gone till 10am. So unable to shower and at check out was asked how was stay a said dreadful and he replied good. WOW!

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was great. The staff was great. I had one issue the entire time that I was here and the staff took care of it right away with no hesitation. I will definitely be back.

There were no extra toilet paper in the room. Just the one on the roll.

It's a nice hotel for not too much money

We enjoyed our stay in our clean and quiet room. Mattress was comfortable, linens clean and staff very polite. Toiletries provided smelled nice. Breakfast was simple with eggs, waffles, potatoes, sausage, bagels and cereal, and COFFEE. The minor issues we experienced: The water pressure in the shower was poor on the 6th floor, and the pool was cloudy and contained a sock and debris. Overall a pleasant stay.

Apart from the noisy AC, this place was perfect

It was great!! the hotel was clean, they had a very nice pool and patio. The only thing I say is that the breakfast they ended it early.

Room was not ready upon check in. Manager didn’t care and said rooms are never guaranteed. We were given a different room with a roll in shower. Shower caulk was horribly moldy.

We love this Hotel, Beautiful, and super clean, beds were so comfortable. Breakfast should have natural eggs, instead of those box eggs. scramble, or fry. everything else was perfect.

Amie at the front desk is an absolute treasure! Both she and Yasmin made our stay feel like home. I was completely satisfied with the cleanliness, accomodations, and breakfast options. I truly felt like a valued guest. Thank you for a great stay!

This was just an overnight stop on our way home from a long vacation, but it was wonderful! We arrived later than expected and found that the pool would be closing in just a few minutes. The front desk clerk was VERY accommodating and kept it open for an extra hour so that our kids could swim! We are a family of 5 and sometimes struggle to find hotel rooms with enough sleeping space; let alone enough room to move around each other. The room we got was extremely spacious. We were all very comfortable.

The experience here has been great. We are completely satisfied.
