Location is good if you’re in town for work. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Wish parking was better or they added valet,

Great location! Not too far from the airport with ample shopping and restaurants.

The bathroom started leaking and flooded.

We only stayed one night as we had a flight the next day. Check in was very quick and she provided us with all the information that was needed and upgraded our room. The room was very clean and spacious. The only issue was the bathroom door would not close without my husband having to forcefully moving it. Besides that everything was great. Will stay hear again!

Over verifying at front desk was quite embarrassing even once I showed receipt of confirmation number. Requested room to be deep cleaned and wasn’t especially after expressing that I was severely immunocompromised

Really great stay for our birthdays! We liked being able to use the parking garage right beside of the building for parking. Staff was nice. Rooms were very clean.

Was only in town for weekend and didn't spend much time in hotel but awesome location. Only 20 minute drive to downtown and walkable to restaurants. No concerns with the check-in process or stay at all.

We were warmly greeted at the front desk by a friendly staff member. The check-in was quick and easy and our room was very nice. It ranks up there with the very best accommodations that we've ever experienced. I hope that we have the opportunity to visit your facilities again.

I was greeted by name when I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful with my check in. The male manager (I didn’t get his name) was awesome and even joked about parking and tow trucks with me. We spoke to another desk clerk about a stubborn bathroom door and it was resolved when we returned to the room for the evening- IMPRESSIVE!

This hotel is located in one of the best places for a traveler in the Ballantyne area. With shopping, food and other amenities very nearby a person's experience is bound to be good. When driving around the Charlotte area the hotel is very easy to return to, and with ample parking there's never a worry of finding a place to leave your car. The hotel itself is one of the nicest we've stayed in, having an ultra modern feel super clean rooms and hallways, and fantastic features like ample USB ports and lighting. The bathroom is a design marvel with beautiful fixtures and modern barn style sliding glass shower and room doors. The only fault we found with the room is that there was no outlet in the area the coffee maker is found in, making it necessary to bring it into either the bathroom or living room to make coffee with. Overall we loved or stay at the AC Marriott in Ballantyne, Charlotte N.C. and will definitely consider staying here during our next visit to town.

Room and shower was extremely dirty. We felt uncomfortable during our stay. We travel to Charlotte frequently and thought we would try it out. We will not return to this one.
