Beautiful old boutique hotel, fantastic staff! The breakfast was great

Each room is unique with different art and photography. The common areas are clean and welcoming. The property is secured by a locked gate that you have to buzz into to enter. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn’t included but was very good.

Friendly staffs and helpful for traveling and transportation arrangements. The hotel is a bit far from most of the attractions and a little bit pricy overall. We didn’t have hot water for the 1st night after a long flight to Cuba and the room doesn’t have shampoo and conditioner provide which was pretty disappointing. Overall, the hotel is very cozy with friendly staff. However, I feel the hotel can improve on adding some necessary amenities for the guests especially for the price they charge.

The ARTeHotel was a really nice boutique hotel. It felt like our home. Everyone was lovely and the room spacious (we stayed in the Musica Room). Highly recommended

Staff was excellent and helpful providing suggestions for trips and travel. Very friendly and received a welcome drink on arrival and complimentary 1 hour of wifi. Did have an issue with my safe locking, but no contents were missing, so maybe this is just a technical problem. Was nice that I was able to check in very late as my flight arrived at midnight. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Would stay again.

this property is unique and comfortable. Very nice and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was amazing temporary home away from home. From the cleanliness to the staff me and my best friend had an amazing stay in Cuba. From day one we were greeted by Alfred. He took his time to explain where to go, where to eat and even the great local bars. Second staff member Claudia was just as great. She made sure we were feed breakfast and fresh Cuban coffee. The hotel is located a short distance from Old Havana. Just close enough to the action but located is just a beautiful scenic safe neighborhood. Me and my friend will be going back first chance we get.

Cannot fault this property in any way. The hosts went above and beyond in their helpfulness and advice about Havana. Breakfasts were exceptional. Rooms and general ambience were perfect and all in a great location. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Tolles Hotel, abgelegen und ruhig aber doch schnell in Old Havanna.

Very kind staff and a lovely little hotel in a safe neighbourhood. Very nice breakfast and easy to get a taxi to old Havana. Walk to the center is approximately 45 min, nice to cross te differnt neighberhoods of Havana

Great relaxing hotel in a quiet location. Very stylish and well looked after.

Location, Physical Condition and Staff service were great. I was disappointed however not to receive complimentary water the 2nd of our 2 night stay. There was water for sale but at a cost much higher than the cost of water in the supermarket.

This small guest house has been expertly restored to all its Spanish colonial beauty, helpful and friendly staff to give you many tips and help you navigate this amazing city, perfectly located with a 12min cab ride to Havana’s old town square whilst still being close to all the other wonderful areas this amazing city has to offer... This hotel is perfect for anybody looking to get away from large touristy hotels and discover the real Havana

ArteHotel is a wonderful place to stay in Vedado!! The people are all so friendly and helpful, and most speak English. The atmosphere is wonderful, bright and artistic. It is clear to see that the owners are both artists. The welcome mojito is the best we have had in Cuba! The rooms are pretty and clean and the atmosphere is very Cuban. Breakfast and cocktails on the "patio" with windows open and breezes blowing. We will definitely stay here again. The Vedado area was once the very fashionable part of town to live in. The remains of these mansions are clearly visible, some in beautiful condition, others sadly crumbling. The main attractions of Havana are a taxi or bus ride away. The hotel is happy to arrange transportation for their guests. A true gem!! Wifi throughout Cuba is a challenge. The hotel's systems was damaged in Hurricane Irma and not yet repaired.
