For a hotel near an airport I was hoping for a bit more fiexibility. I checked in at 4am but was refused a late check out.

Poor and rude service! Mini bar not checked before my stay and front desk kept asking about a wine bottle I had never seen. Definitely not a 4 star hotel - would give them a zero star.

Every time I visit Kenya, I need to stay near the airport. I always choose the Four Points. They bend over backwards to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. On this inbound trip my flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until 3am. They were still at the airport to pick me up and the welcome at the hotel was warm and friendly.

Great hotel, very handy for the airport

Closest hotel to the nairobi airport. Is very clean in fresh and new. Friendly and helpful staff.

For anyone transiting through NBO, Four Points is a LOT closer to the airport than virtually any other hotel. It is very clean. The rooms are comfortable, with a terrific shower and good internet. Staff is helpful and friendly. A great place for an overnight stop.

It was a great stay. Pick up from the airport was timely, room was clean and ready before I got there. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Absolutely worth the money and will stay again next tine. Really liked the rooftop bar and pool as well!

Accommodation was located near the airport, not on the airport. Not an issue at all as the hotel offers free transfers. Rooms are nice and very well cleaned. Staff is very helpful and friendly both at reception and in the restaurant. Only point of attention would be to confirm to customers that transfers have been arranged.

I always stay at Four Point Sheraton Airport Nairobi when I visit Kenya. It is a great 5 star hotel.

One of only two hotels inside airport security. Always love staying here. Clean, friendly and good food.

Excellent service. By the time I had cleared immigration and customs it was 1130pm. A member of staff met me with a name card and called a driver who quickly transferred me to the hotel. Very smooth and efficient. Very friendly and helpful front desk.

We loved our stay but the only problem Was the shower leaked water and got all Over the floor

This is normally my go to when transiting through Nairobi. Unfortunately this stay was very unpleasant. A colleague got stranded in Nairobi with an overnight layover and being a Marriott member I assisted and reserved/paid for a one night stay. Shortly after checkin (close to midnight) had to inform staff that the shower was dirty and littered with “cut short hairs” throughout. The staff was nice enough to change rooms but for a hotel of this caliber, that was unacceptable not withstanding the fact that that it was midnight. Finally, I paid for the room and chose that hotel as a Marriott member and wanted credit for the one night. Was informed because the person using the room isn’t the Marriott member, I could not receive rewards credit albeit this has been acceptable previously when I travel….worldwide. This compounded the bad experience and will shape my hotel selections moving forward. If I’m supporting my “team”, I expect my “team” to support me in return.

Fabulous stay at the Sheraton. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this hotel. Shuttle bus worked well. The swimming pool was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

No help or any flexibility when visa didn’t come thru. Awful. Plus they told us no availability the next day which was a lie
