Front desk staff was less than professional. Given the fact that this is a service industry, the staff at the desk should stop what they are doing and immediately engage with guest at the desk. Not the case here. Come on, folks, this is a service industry. Tell that front desk staff to smarten up! There is way too much competition out there to slack off.
Also, if one is paying over $200+ per night, shouldn't parking and breakfast be included!?

The shower faucets were a negative as they would go feom perfect temp to feezing to scalding and back to perfect. Something with Grohe faucets that I have experienced before.
Other than that, the personnel, clenliness and service was excellent. Hoping the top of my message reaches Marriott's purchasing department. Grohe is the only shower faucet I've consistently had negative experiences with.

Very clean and front desk staff was friendly but would never stay here again. It’s located near bars so you can hear drunk people screaming and shouting on the street all night long causing a sleepless night for the family.

The staff at this property went above and beyond and even allowed us an early check-in! Extremely kind and courteous. The hotel is in a great location, very safe, but it was very loud at night due to nightclubs in the area. We would stay here again however!

The hotel itself is well appointed and the lobby is very nice. The room was comfortable...the only issue was noise from outside the hotel throughout the night kept us from sleeping well. I don't know what the answer to that problem would be.

Dog friendly hotel-the elevators smell so badly of dog urine that it takes your breath away so everything else about the hotel that is fantastic is soured. They do not clean your room unless you request at the front desk. Staff neglected to mention that at check in. Other than that the room was nice, breakfast is great and parking is easy. A nice perk would have been free guest parking.

The bars along the same street blasted music until around 2:20am. In addition, many extremely loud cars and motorcycles had such high decibel that the beds were shaking when they passed. This made it impossible for me until after 2:30am

The hotel is very clean and in a great location to easily walk to shopping, dining, bars, etc. Staff was very friendly during my stay. Didn't try the dining or bar options at the hotel, but the bar attached to the hotel seemed very popular. I'd stay there again for sure.

Overall nice stay! Nice rooms comfortable beds. We booked a room with a sofa but there was no sofa. Thankfully we didn't need the sofa for anyone we just wanted the extra space. Would stay again if in area.

Shower difficult to use.Shower amenities were dried up and difficult to use. Room makeup wasn't done daily. Price doubled on weekend.Front office staff very nice, easy checkin and checkout.

The property was certainly convenient. The advertisement says "city view". The room that I received was a roof view of mechanical equipment of what the desk clerk called a "courtyard view". I paid for a city view and received a roof top view of the second floor mechanical units. The desk manager indicated that they did not have any "city view" units. I believe I deserve a refund.

Upon check in the Agent explained nothing of the hotel. How to use the elevators, policy on breakfast, where the fitness room was, and the housekeeping staff didn’t even check the room as we needed new towels. Greatly disappointed for the price being charged. I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and got better service and treated better. The artwork that you all rave out, half of the lights didn’t work. And to top it off, the staff was just unfriendly.
The only good I can say, the bed was comfortable, the Cuban restaurant (amazing) right next door and the bartenders.

very unhappy w/ breakfast. On sunday we got there at 10:15am and the breakfast was supposed to close at 11. We paid $35 plus tip for 2 breakfasts and there was barely anything there - a few muffins, bread, etc. I asked the hostess for eggs and bacon and she said they were already closing up - we had 45 minutes left. I explained that I would not be paying $35 for a few muffins. She then said she would see if she could get us hot food which she did. I then went to sit at one of the breakfast tables and was told she already cleaned them so please sit at the high back table. I can't sit at high back chairs/table due to back issues. Also asked for receipt to be emailed to me at check out and never got one.

Staff was super-friendly and accommodating. Our initial check-in room had been smoked in and the staff was quick to reassign us to a different room. No problem!
