Disappointing hotel as far as room security entry, bed comfort and noise. Great location and clean

Great location. Small clean room. Couldn’t adjust heat. Refunded for second night. Seems like most of Bisbee is shut down.

We’ve stayed in many hotels in Bisby, and this was by far the cleanest. Very friendly staff, and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Our room was on the small side but super cute and clean. It was in a great location and we would definitely stay here again!

Bed was very comfortable, I didn’t know that there was no air conditioning in the room, got a little warm in the afternoon. Also there was no hot water on the sink faucet. Other than that it is a nice room.

The sheet had stains on them, In both rooms we stayed in.

We stayed 2 nights for a couples weekend. This is a small (6 rooms) hotel, rooms are nice size, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Cute place and room. Bed was comfy, but we had no internet connection so we couldn’t relax and watch a movie.

I had a great stay in Bisbee. The hotel was very comfortable. The bedding was super cozy and nice. It is an Easy walk to restaurants and night life. They are doing updates to the room and building. I plan on returning and can't wait to see the improvements. Side note- I did get a tour of the old holding prison cell and solitary cell down stairs. Such a cool historic building.

I booked this thinking it would be average, turned into an amazing stay. Saw the comments about rooms being cold, but the heater in the room was perfect. When I showed up it was already on and the room was toasty, I ended up turning it off and cracking a window in January. They're also doing renovations, my room had new wood floors and a TV, and when I was leaving they were putting in the wood floor in the room next door. Best part was the bedding, the sheets and pillows were some of the best I've ever had, and I had one of the past night to sleep in a long time. The couple nights before I stated at a fancy resort in Tucson, and this blew that away. Just five rooms on the second floor, but the chicken process with the coated outside door and room doors with simple and easy. Looking forward to staying again. I've stated 12 different properties in Bisbee, and this is my second favorite of them.

I would absolutely recommend this property to everyone! It was clean and smelled so good. Walking distance from fresh coffee, IPA beer and some good food!

Property needs to be cleaned up on the outside. There were no TV's in the rooms. The rooms need a better heat source. The little heater was nowhere big enough to heat the room so we were cold all night. The hotel was pet friendly but the deposit was OUTRAGEOUS!!!! If you are looking for a possible paranormal experience this could be your hotel to stay at. Our dogs did experience something and during the night my wife and myself also experienced something but this was our experience you stay and see if you can also experience the same.

The only thing I could complain about is there was no TV

We booked last minute for the Christmas holiday weekend. Easy self-check-in and conveniently located on the main street in old Bisbee. Easy walk for shopping, bars, and restaurants. Small rooms, but they have everything you could need for a short stay. We brought our two large dogs and had no problem, which is kind of a big deal for us! Would definitely stay here again.

When we got there no one was at the desk. I was texted a code for the door. When I had trouble getting in I tried calling but the number that was posted had no service. When I finally got in the room I found out there was not heat in the building! I texted and was told there was a small space heater in the room with an extra blanket! It was 34 degrees that night!!! I will never return nor would I recommend this place.

Magnificent

This property is amazing, did not except the interior to look as nice. Room was super cozy and clean and bedding and bathrooms. Will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

nice clean simple room. right on the strip makes exploring Bisbee easy. we've stayed here before and this room has been renovated. it works perfect for us the bed was comfortable and the room very clean. there's no TV but we were here just for a nice evening while we explored Bisbee. the space heater worked fine to keep our room warm. we would stay here again.

The lobby’s carpet and the carpet on the stairs was terribly stained and old. It should be replaced with something other than carpet since it’s such a high traffic walking area.

Disaster stay. We had 5 rooms (all of their rooms) booked for the Bisbee Blues Festival. Upon arrival, we were told that one room was "down". It looked to us like the operator's friend was staying there. 2 groups in our party were forced to double up. After the festival, we returned to our room only to find the the portable cooling unit didn't adequately cool the room and was extremely noisy. At 1:30 AM, we have up and headed home. Neither BTC Lofts nor hotels.com would help us with any refund. The hotel did offer to refund some spices. We didn't buy any spices. Stay far away from this property.

Hotel double booked one of the 5 rooms our group paid for but one room was unrentable. Hotel did not provide an answer regarding same and promised discounts that never was provided. Our room required extra guest stay in our room.

Need to provide a floor mat or towel to step out of the shower so you dont slip!

Great place to stay in Bisbee. The best part about my room was the fact that it was impeccably clean. The most clean bathroom I have ever had in a hotel room before, 10/10. The room was also very cute and private. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable and could definitely use an upgrade. The WiFi in the hotel wouldn’t connect for the majority of the time I was in the room. That was a bit frustrating because I didn’t have great phone service in Bisbee and was counting on being able to connect to the WiFi in my room to use my phone. The area was clean and quiet, even during a busy weekend in the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will definitely return.

It is a nice, quaint little place.

The room was small but clean. As there was no central AC system the rooms were outfitted with portable systems that were LOUD. The issue was that we left for an early breakfast and returned to a locked hotel. The entry code given did not work and there was nobody at the desk. After a 35 minute wait on the curb we regained entry. Just curious as to how a facility doesn't have a front desk clerk until 9:35 in the morning.
