It’s a beautiful hotel. It has a lovely sitting area for coffee and snacks and a beautiful garden and has been restored well.

Best kept secret in Haifa. Don't tell anyone, but this is really one of the best hotels we stayed in in Israel. A great base to explore Haifa when you're in town

Nice boutique hotel. Well and comfortable located next to the German colony and the port where the main restaurant and bar scene is. The rooms are small but well maintained, the hotel has a nice rooftop and complimentary coffee in tea in the lobby all day long. We enjoyed our stay! The welcoming and kindness of the receptionist (not sure if she is maybe even the manager) could be better. But we didn’t let that interfere our total experience.

We chose the suite because it is spacious with a very nice view of the garden at the entrance of the hotel and because I believed the problem with glass door of the bathroom would be minimal at night. I was wrong.

Superbly located within Haifa - pleasant neighborhood, lots of parking, a short walk from the restaurants and 7 minutes drive from the beach. Building & room VERY pleasant, well decorated and impeccably clean, but our 3rd floor room had a slightly dismal view out the window. Lack of on-site dining/breakfast is slight downer, but adequately compensated for by breakfast vouchers at the delightful Stroudl restaurant, nearby.

This is a very beautiful hotel, in a very good location in downtown Haifa. The premises are very clean and pleasing to look at, from the beautiful manicured courtyard in the front, to the trendy artsy lobby and the nicely decorated rooms. The rooms have a boutique feel, all furniture is new and comfortable, and the staff takes care in cleaning and switching towels and mugs.The staff is all excellent, both the morning and night shift people are warm and welcoming, quick to help you out with questions or recommendations. I felt happy coming back to the hotel every night for a week, knowing I will see a friendly welcoming face at the lobby and a clean room.The breakfast in the lobby is a bit limited (breakfast pastries, bread, yogurt, cereal, and some fruit), but your stay includes daily vouchers for breakfast/lunch at a nearby restaurant (Stroudl) which is excellent and has lots of fresh delicious options. The breakfast room also has a great coffee machine where you can get coffee/tea any time of the day or night. Really great to grab a hot cup of tea after a long day. The rooms are also equipped with a coffee machine that makes quick hot espresso from little pods provided by the hotel.Finally, the hotel even supplies guests with a personal cellphone during the duration of their stay, with a local number and a big data plan. I really appreciated this, so I didn't have to buy my own SIM card.I really enjoyed my stay!! Will stay here again for sure, and will highly recommend!

The property was brand new, perfectly located and they went out of their way to make our stay a great experience. The gentleman at checking provided numerous great restaurant suggestions. The rooms are small but very functional. It was a great stay.
