Nice spacious lounge area nice clean room for the most part ( some long hair in the bathtub) friendly staff mostly (except for inexperienced person who checked us in). I would recommend and stay here again.

We did not swim, but the front desk staff said it was a saltwater pool. The fitness room was by the entrance, and there were enough towels for the users.

Would have nice to be able to have breakfast, with such a small area that it was offered it made it almost impossible to get to anything, 3-4 deep for a waffle.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of our room at the hotel. 10/10 I would totally stay at the Home2Suites again.

Very comfortable and efficient for our family to make a quick overnight stop. Staff was friendly and helpful with food allergy concerns at breakfast. Everything was clean and in good order. We enjoyed our stay.

The room layout is superb for two-person occupancy & privacy - separate entrances to the bathroom. The fitness center is also great, but water dispenser not re-filled. The hide-a-bed is awful and needs replacement. The roll-in shower leaks water due to a too short shower curtain - used many towels for floor safety. Housekeeping only cleans after THREE days - had to find toilet paper and dry towels from carts & request wastebaskets be emptied. Dining table never wiped clean. All of the above are fixable and very pleasant staff aim to make things right.

we stayed here for baseball tournament and as the hotel was very busy with wild children the staff maintained it very well and were very accommodating. It can't be easy dealing with weekends as such but I thought they did a great job!

Loved the rooms and extra space to stretch out. The table was a nice touch and we were able to enjoy dinner at it. The time we visited was super quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. Convenience to the gas station was perfect!

It was a wonderful stay! The minute you walk in you can see the cleanliness. The room was clean and fresh. Rachel was so sweet at check in. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing. Rooms were so spacious and accommodating for family of 6. Pool area was nice and clean. Breakfast was great.

We live in Iowa and wanted to get away for a few days so chose someplace we hadn't been. We had stayed in a Home2Suites in Coralville and were really impressed. We were equally impressed with Home2Suites, Quad Cities. Everything was clean and well-stocked. It was amazing watching the breakfast attendant work at keeping everything stocked and ready for guests. She could train a lot of people in being efficient. All employees from front desk to the staff we met in the halls/elevators were pleasant and helpful. We've never been people who wanted daily room cleaning/beds made and appreciate that we can get what we need from the front desk. The new normal of having room cleaning every 5 days unless requested is fine with us. This hotel seemed central to everything we wanted to do in the Quad Cities (hockey game at Vibrant Arena, concert at Waterfront Convention Center, shopping, etc.) Relied on GPS to get us from place to place as these river towns are definitely not built on a grid. (FYI - they are currently building a hotel next door and the construction crew started in at 6:30am with back-up machinery beepers. Don't know if this would be loud on the odd numbered room side of the hotel.) We actually enjoyed watching them put in the elevator tower.

Check in was quick and easy. Property is very clean. Appears very new and so The unit I stayed still had a bit of odor perhaps because of that. I’ve always had a good experience with Home2 and this was on par with my expectations.

This place was very clean and everyone was friendly. We were getting in late from a wedding and called ahead to make sure a late check in was ok and the front desk person said it was no problem. Everyone was so nice and breakfast was awesome. These are always my favorite hotels to stay in.

Outstanding service and wonderful location. Love, Love, love the full kitchen and indoor pool. Couch and chair too hard to be comfortable.

My room (and the property in general) was clean and comfortable. My room was quiet and I was able to stream Netflix right on the TV in my room. I had a relaxing stay and will be back.

Great all around! Only complaint is that the pillows were too fluffy for my liking, but you can't win it all.

The heating/cooling unit in my room broke one day while I was out. When I got back, there was clearly a problem with the fan that made it really loud. I contacted the front desk late that night and they sent someone to fix it the next day while I was out. When I returned, there was a note with an apology. My room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
