Nice front desk staff and room is clean

Very nice hotel with several restaurants and a Starbucks in the parking lot. I usually have to do work out of my room so this is my kind of place.

Me and my husband stay was great!!! This is our second time here. The room feels cozy, the shower feels relaxing, the food also good better than most hotel breakfast I been to! The staff also had great customer service, Ronnie that work the weekend made us feel like home he gave us the best service ever!!! The best hotel in St. Louis!! The only down is thin walls!!!

Clean and modern hotel. Large parking lot with easy access to the interstate. Well appointed and spacious room.

Everything was great. Nice bathroom, room was nice. On site breakfast options were great would definitely stay here again!

My stay at this hotel on Dale was very,very, nice and clean and peaceful on the highway side,i got plenty of rest no loud noise from the rooms nor the hallways,The young Hostess named AMANDA DESERVES A RAISE,SHE WAS OUR OF ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES,WAS VERY HELPFUL,FRIENDLY ,POLITE AND GOES ABOVE HER MEANS FOR YOU,I WOULD RECOMMEND 💔 THE STAY WHENEVER SHES ON SHIFT,LIKED HEE SERVICES VERY MUCH,WILL CONSIDER THIS HOTEL,VERY CLEAN,VERY COMFORTABLE. I STAYED AT THE MARRIOTT COURTYARD OÑ DALE RICOND HEIGHTS,AND THE ROOMS WERE READONABLE.LOVED IT,THANK YOU AMANDA FOR MAKING MY STAY A PLEASANT ONE.WILL RETURN,THIS TIME FOR A LITTLE LONGER

Great location! The property was extremely clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Will be coming back!

Our room never got serviced for the 4 day stay. I had to go down to the front desk each night for fresh towels. Not what I expected from a Marriott hotel.

Great stay for four nights right before Christmas. Asked for room to be cleaned everyday and hotel management enthusiastically complied. It’s a comfortable place to stay within walking distance f our grandchildren.

I had a really good experience here. From the staff to the room to the amazing food at the bistro on site.

I originally thought I booked at another hotel in the area but user error so my daughter found this one and it was wonderful. Clean and clean. Bed and bedding very comfortable. I will be staying again in other cities.

Our suite was nice. I loved the shower and the cut-out space for towels was unique. The bed was comfortable and gave us a nice little weekend getaway.

Convenient location

Even though the hotel is located along a busy highway, it was incredibly quiet the entire time, I didn't notice any noise/sound from outside.

It's a nice hotel with coffee & eating establishments close. Most staff were friendly but I'm not sure the restaurant wants to serve customers- we ordered breakfast the first day ( not free with stay) & they brought our order to the table in a to go sack- other tables also were delivered food in sacks - weird & rude. We never returned to their restaurant. Also - be careful in the bathroom - the door will hit your knees & the toilet paper flies off the holder when used - the designer definitely didn't think through the set up of the bathroom.

Great service from front desk ladies. Some am time noise above my room(assume that area must be some type of housekeeping area) but overall good experience

Booked a king bed with a pull out couch on Expedia. Paid in full to reserve it. Upon check in they gave us a king room without the pullout couch. When we explained that’s not what we reserved we were told too bad so sad they were booked and that’s all they had. Got a manager who said same thing, husband had to argue and threaten to cancel upon which they said we had already paid and would not get a refund even if we didn’t stay there because they couldn’t give us the room we booked. Manager magically found us a room. I will say on Expedia it shows the couch is on the other side of the room, that is a King suite, not a normal room. That was disappointing but we made due. Breakfast was great, housekeeping was great, parking was awesome. The hotel itself is great very nice in a great part of town. I will say it’s right next to the on ramp to the highway so you will hear cars speeding up to get onto the highway which was annoying, and customer service seriously lacking. Had plenty of charging spots and room was nice and pretty cool. Asked for a box fan one night and was rudely told no. I’m not one to write reviews, however there wasn’t any warnings in any reviews I read which is why I booked this hotel. Will not stay here again.

I visit St. Louis about once a month and I really want this to be the hotel I stay at every time- it's clean, well-priced, the staff at the front desk is excellent, and it's close to Starbucks. But I simply cannot get over the soft water- it's slippery and feels like you can never fully wash the soap and shampoo off of you. It makes for a horrible shower experience. From reading previous reviews and replies, it sounds like management is doing this on purpose, and I have no idea why. No other hotel in the area does this, the St. Louis water is perfectly fine as-is. For the sole reason, I will stay at the hotel down the street instead of this one, which is unfortunate. Message for the management: please address this issue- lots of people are complaining about it!

Hotel was in a convenient location; lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy access to interstates. Very clean and modern. Would definitely stay there again.
