Great historic hotel in excellent location close to CWU. Although this hotel is historic it is 100% updated with modern amenities and furniture/decor. The staff were super helpful and friendly, one even offered to go get me and my coworkers lattes cuz we were on our way to work an event early in the morning (we declined, there’s fresh coffee and creamer in the lobby but it was awesome of him to offer). Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Ellensburg.

This is my fourth time staying at the hotel Windrow and unfortunately, the worst experience so far. Extremely loud fan on the backside of our room that would go on and off all night long Make it difficult to sleep

Beautiful rustic decor, warm cookies waiting in lobby throughout the day, complimentary drink, and perfect location. Rooms clean and very nice and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Windrow in Ellensburg. Room 107 is a dog friendly room which was set up great for our pooch and his humans. The room was quiet and in a great location to take the dog for a walk or for us to head to the quaint little bar in the hotel.
No specific dog area and secured parking is about a block away. All very doable for such a great place to stay.

We were warmly welcomed by the front desk person who accommodated our special requests willingly.
Our room was quiet, very comfortable, and was spotless.
We enjoyed using our drink vouchers in the hotel’s wine bar (Elk Kitchen) as well as an amazing charcuterie board.
Will definitely return.

One of the things that really solidified the above and beyond service given at Windrow was the fact that when the screencast feature on the TV in my original hotel room wasn't working, I was able to switch rooms to one that worked!!! It was great!!!

Great stay. Very nice property. Parking could be a challenge but I was able to park in a lot behind the hotel. No overnight street parking.

Comfortable rooms in downtown. Fresh baked cookies at check in. Our room was missing a hairdryer and they ran one up in less than 5 minutes.

The hotel was right in downtown, very easy check in process. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy and the hotel was easily accessible from parking. Will 100% stay there again.

We had to stay in a 1st floor room because we were traveling with our dog and there was a view of parking. We had to keep our shade closed for privacy, which made the room feel very dark and small. So, travel there without your dog for a good room above the ground floor.

I love the fact it was right downtown which made it walkable to shops and dining. This is huge as public transit is virtually non-existent in Ellensburg. No driving necessary.
Accessibility to property is a challenge. My car and another in loading zone area was almost side swiped. Not enough room to unlod as you are adjacent to a busy street. Can't open drivers door without worrying about your door getting crunched! There was no cart in the foyer so luggage was on the floor in the lobby.
My friend in a wheelchair could not access the bar. I never saw a ramp or elevator down to the bar--only stairs.

I loved the back door of the room, it opened up to a roof area that was perfect for a late night dance floor! The wife and I danced up there for hours! So much fun and so romantic. I wish that the staff would of had more connection on things to do in the area! THE STAFF WAS AWESOME, DON'T GET ME WRONG. Just wanted a little more info on activities.
