I developed lung congestion after my stay at the hotel last week.

Horrible sewer smell throughout hotel

Hospitality was beyond wonderful. They were so kind and friendly. Hotel itself was very nice!

The room was very cold when I arrived but other than that, it was a great room.

Staff was great! Only recommendations is to stock the pool area with towels, they never had any and when they brought them there wasnt enought for everyone in the pool.

Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. Love the beds though at my 5’ height it was a challenge to get in it.

Excellent location. Friendly front desk worker- Jeewan. Big open room with lots of space. Rooms were clean- just a couple stains on the couch but minor. Our suite was perfect for young kids. Waterslide and pool was great but no pool towels available. Would book again.

Stay was good Sausages from free breaky got me and my partner sick though Beds had to be remade (sheets kept coming off) Staff was great and friendly though

Easy check in, clean room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, easy check out. Great location. Few issues with the room but hopefully the hotel will resolve them.

The stay was really good, I got a little concerned because they phoned me to verify i was coming because they wanted to rent out the room if i wasn't. They had not checked the payments for the online bookings to see I had prepaid the room.

Great hotel, loved everything about it. New, spacious, large room, huge tv, pool and hot tub open until midnight, best breakfast I ate ever in the hotel.

I got food poisoning from the under cooked sausages at breakfast. I did tell the kitchen staff that they can’t serve under cooked pork. They took them back and said they cooked them more. I trusted that they did but apparently not. This was definitely not a good experience. I was puking all morning and had severe stomach cramps.

Property was ideal for our visit to The Battlefords

The property appeared new and clean.

Initially I was impressed when walking in to the room, but upon further inspection could easily see plenty of areas that the cleaners have neglected. The headboard was greasy/sticky in many areas, the carpet was stained and sticky. Our door was missing the security latch and was easily pushed open when leaving the room (wouldn’t lock) Maybe previously broken in/forcefully pushed open? Not enough towels in our room for the occupancy we selected. Stained shower curtain. Small stains on bed comforter. The pillows smelled like greasy heads. Pool area large dead bugs on the floor that weren’t cleaned up the entire 2 days we were there. There were no pool towels available the first day. She had only one to provide us and took the dirty bin to be washed. Dirt/sand at bottom of pool. The water slide isn’t actually a “water” slide. No flowing water down it, so our kids skin would sometimes stick on it on the way down. They still had a lot of fun with it though. For the cost of stay I would expect this all should be a much better than it was. Good location with plenty of restaurants, ice cream shack and Walmart near by. Newer and modern rooms. Decent breakfast with plenty of options. Clean bathroom.
