Andrè was an an exceptionally friendly, helpful and informative host who made us feel very welcome. Staff that we met at breakfast ( Alex & Abraham) made us smile with their friendly banter and delicious smoothies.Our suite was also divine!

Modern room with all the facilities. Comfortable mattress led to amazing sleep. Hosts were fantastic suggesting and booking fab restaurants. Fantastic breakfast included with three different options.
Be aware, there is a metal staircase to the mezzanine bed which may be a chalkenge

From the moment Sandy greeted us and welcomed us with a delicious coffee, we were charmed. The hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The decor is very cool and the vibe is relaxed and friendly. The breakfasts are delicious. Our ground floor suite was fab. Sandy gave us some excellent advice and recommendations; we had a great stay. Would highly recommend.

AS residence is such a beautiful hotel. The esthetics is amazing. The owner Andre was phenomenally generous with his time and dining recommendations. The rooftop terrace for sunsets was so wonderful. A glass of wine served made viewing sunsets magical. The closeness to old Havana made walking everywhere easy. We will definitely come back. Thank you Andre for such wonderful service.

I can't recommend this property enough! Excellent location, walking distance from Obispo. The property itself is just amazing. Breathtaking design and feels luxurious. Andre, the owner, was incredibly attentive and always on hand to provide advice or help with any requests including recommending places to visit or places to eat. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent too. If you want to stay in the heart of Old Havana then you won't find a better place to stay than AS Boutique. Actually, you'll struggle to find a better place in the whole of Havana!

Andre and Sandy were wonderful hosts. The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location, that is walkable in Old Havana. It was clean and gorgeously decorated. We loved the evening rum :) They went beyond to help us with activities and dinner recommendations. Can not recommend this place enough!

The best private accomodation you will find online for Old Havana. This place was very well renovated with travelers in mind. It's clean, comfortable, the hosts are very attentive.

We had a very good stay at this property. This was our first ever visit to Cuba, and there is a learning curve for Cuba that may be different for other places and our hosts here helped us to become acclimated to that before we even got there, so we somewhat knew what to expect. The residence is exactly as pictured in the photos and very walkable to a lot of hotspots within Old Havana, definitely recommend this place for first time visitors.

My spouse and I stayed at the suit is the upper floor, the room was full of character and chic design. We absolutely loved it!

AS Boutique is a great place - great location in Old Havana. Room is beautiful - very modern and well appointed - even an iron!. The hots - Andre and Sandy are wonderful, the staff very helpful. Breakfast, WIFI all are great. My only note is that the rooms are all duplexes with steep stairs - for most this is fine but do keep this in mind. I highly recommend this casa and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place perfectly located within Havana. Clean, cool, contemporary, artsy, yet warm and welcoming. Andre and Sandy are wonderful people, helped with personal service in any way and acted as an introduction, gateway and problem solver in all things Cuba. There is nothing they can't help you with. This is a gem, highest recommendation possible from me !!

Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation. If you are into interiors and artwork then this hotel is for you. Its SOHO House vibes yet only marginally more than some casa particulars. Its a few mins walk from the more touristy section but it's on the real streets of cuba and worth the extra 2 minutes of walking. We stayed in a variety of places across a variety of price ranges and this was by far the best. The service from Andre and Sandy was top notch and their recommendations were excellent if you like good food and cocktails. We were also fortunate to keep the room for an extended period as there was no one checking in after us which helped for our late night flight. Breakfast was lovely with great coffee. A nice rooftop to enjoy drinks. The perfect ending to our stay. Thanks again for such a memorable stay and we hope you open some more hotels for us to enjoy :D

We had some fantastic days in Havana out of this hotel. Expert advice about what to do and where to eat from the owner Andre made a huge difference to our short stay. The hotel is quite new with an interior straight out of a magazine; quality throughout. Simple, but delicious breakfast. Don’t miss out on the rum tasting when you arrive. If you plan to visit Havana, don’t miss this one.

A unique and charming hotel in the midst of old Havana. We felt like home and were being taken care of by the owner and manager André in the best possible way. The grandiose paintings and rustique style made the place a combination of hotel and art gallery. The roof terrace was a perfect place to relax, and the sitting groups inside were comfortable places to socialize.
André did everything to give us the best experience, and succeeded.
Highly recommendable!
