We had a pleasant stay. The room was perfect. A bit dissapointed by the breakfast. Would not recommend to take it as there is marvelous places to take breakfast near by.

Just the perfect hotel one can find in Karuizawa, especially for non-driving tourists. From the station, you can take a bus right to “Kyu Karuizawa” and this hotel has actually one entrance in the main Kyu Karuizawa street. There is another bus stop nearby which you can take to Shiraito Waterfalls.
This hotel is just the most considerate and detailed minded hotel I have ever been. They even provide guests with cleansing oil, facial wash, toner and face lotion - if you are just in Karuizawa for a short stay, you can just leave your worries to the hotel. This hotel will definitely be on my top list if I ever visit Karuizawa again!

The bunk bed in room is great for 3-4 persons but you will bump your head if you don’t keep in mind of that. My family members have already bumped a few times in our 2-night stay. Other than that the bed itself is comfortable and bathroom is spacious.

Excellent stay in Karuizawa. Highly recommend. Located right on Ginza shopping street, convenient location to check out karuizawa and many great restaurants in walking distance. Free parking provided.

The hotel is a good surprise once we are inside. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room a bit small for the outlook… the restaurant, bar were all closed during my two nights staying.

The atmosphere is cozy, clean and conveniently located to shopping and sightseeing. It was our friend's birthday and the staff went out of their way to wish her a happy birthday. Every staff member that we spoke with was friendly and always very helpful.

Hotel Karuizawa Cross, was a fantastic experience, especially if you have a family or large group. It's right in the middle of the best area, it's brand new, price is good, free parking and amazing service. Will definitely stay again.
