Put musicians here for an event. Hotel was clean and very well taken care of. Spent a few days there. Convenient location that was accessible to shopping , dry cleaning and restaurants. Only downfall is the fact that you can not add items you purchase in the lobby to your room/incidentals. You have to pay with cash ONLY. They take no credit cards for snacks

It was a quick overnight stay. Upon entering the lobby, it was very clean. We received a warm welcome, and a smile. We checked in, and went to the room. The room was a nice size, very clean, and up to date. The chair, and bed were very comfortable.
We had a hot breakfast the following morning, which was included in the price.
All of the Staff that we came in contact with were friendly and polite. We would stay here again.

No bathroom fan and very humid in the room and later found mold all over the window seal. Some guy outside yelling for over an hour. I called the front desk and they did nothing. Wouldn’t stay here again ever in my life. Worst experience ever.

Stayed for one night and was A bit nervous by some of the negative reviews but it was a beautiful, clean and affordable stay with a super friendly staff. It’s not too pricey but feels well worth it for the price. We will definitely stay again!

The property was clean. The room was clean and modern. Good continental breakfast. The only negative thing I would say is the hotel has thin walls. We could hear others in the surrounding rooms.

Woke up at 3am to someone opening my door…absolutely terrifying, never had an experience like this before. Went to find out that they switched the rooms so it was another guest checking into my room. Staff wasn’t even respectful enough to offer us a free night. Stay somewhere else, was not worth it.

The hotel is newer so we appreciated the amount of USB ports in our room. However, our shower door didn't close, and I was told it was a construction error and couldn't be fixed so our bathroom had water on the floor. Be aware that many young teams use this hotel - very noisy on a Saturday night, even at midnight.

The hotel wasn’t that bad but it’s feasible but what really kinda irritated me used towels being left in my room it was u til after my shower I noticed that all the towels were used luckily I had baught my own dry towel.

Hotel was satisfactory but gps instructions to get to hotel were not accurate. Fire alarm went off at 5am for a good 20 min. Very loud and annoying.

The room smelled nice and clean. Loved having all of the amenities, the little fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, closet and drawers. And the room darkening shades. The bed was very plush and comfortable. The lobby and meeting areas, and the breakfast areas were very nice. Very clean and nicely decorated.

I had to request a room switch due to the loud music coming from the cleaning staff. My original room was next to the laundry area for staff. The cleaners blasted music from their phones for hours w/ no consideration for the customers trying to rest. My room was switched but the bed was smaller. That was unfortunate.

It was an amazing experience, the front desk personel was very friendly and helpful. they went above and beyond during my check in and accomodated my late checkout. This was my husbands and I first visit and it wont be the last.

More than half of the hotel had to have been booked with our sports group and yet they decided it was a good idea to seal the grout in the walkways and lobby while we were there. The chemical smells were at times overwhelming and gave several people headaches. In addition, the elevators, walkways and lobby were blocked and closed for large chunks of time to accommodate the work being done. Super inconvenient to be there with a large group of young athletes that wanted to hang out in the lobby and have team meals. Seems the hotel could have chosen a better day/time to do the work...like maybe when the hotel wasn't nearly full, and maybe not on a weekend.
