No idea what the property was actually like because when my husband and his group members showed up they were told their rooms were no longer available. They had a performance that night and were traveling, arrived only to be told their reservations had been canceled at midnight, but no one called to check and see if they were enroute or what their eta would be. Then they had to find a new hotel at almost 3 in the morning and paid significantly more for the last minute booking than I had paid for their rooms here well in advance.

Property not well maintained, inadequate parking, noisey, poor customer service! Will not stay at this hotel again

Staff was nice... and that's about it for what was good. Checked in at 5pm but room not clean yet so changed rooms. Not enough parking for guests so cars and semis lined up along street out front. Stairwells NASTY and hallway smelled of urine. Couch and chair all stained and gross. Cabinet door at sink off hinges. Hair dryer didn't work. Shampoo conditioner body wash all filled with same sudsy thing so couldn't condition hair. Breakfast unimpressive.

This hotel is disappointing overall. The room was dark and dingy, and filthy upon arrival. There were cobwebs everywhere and we literally walked in on two spiders mating under the framed wall art adjacent to the entrance. I did not have high hopes at that point. Our one year old was walking around barefoot right when we arrived, and the soles of her feet were black with grime. That’s when I went to the front desk and complained—they came and did an okay cleaning—the only service we received during our 5 night stay. They offered to shampoo the carpet but said they couldn’t because we were in the room. Maybe keep the rooms clean when they’re not occupied? Just saying. There’s just so much to complain about, so here’s a list: the shower barely ever got hot; the bedroom TV is falling off of the mount; the couch in the living area is nasty; the dishwasher wouldn’t open, and when we tried using it, it basically fell out of the cabinet; we booked here because we need a kitchen because of the toddler, but they do not provide sponges and expect you to use a towel—not cleaning my baby’s bottles with a nasty towel; and breakfast has no variety and was one of the weakest I’ve seen in comparison to similar hotels. There is a side door so you don’t have to lug your belongings all the way to the front door of the building, but the card reader was broken so guests were keeping the door open with a rock; worse, random groups hang out next to the door and drink.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

This was a great place for an extended stay in a safe and upscale area close to lots of shopping and freeways. The front desk staff were very friendly and the housekeeping crew were very helpful and attentive when we needed more supplies or our room freshened up.

The stay was pleasant. Only gripe is that there was moldy coffee left in the pot.

Check-in was great and welcoming. The room was disappointing and overpriced for the lack of quality. There were old and stained appliances and furniture in the room. Time for an update.

Rooms could use some updating. There was a stain on the couch. The refrigerator was rusting on the front and the nonsmokers room smelled like smoke.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Staybridge hotel . I will be staying there again. The staff was really helpful and so pleasant.

really nice, affordable hotel

This is an older property and shows its age in the lobby, rooms etc. (e.g., the fridge in the room was ancient!). It is apparently under renovation, so it may get a new look soon. The lobby and dining areas are spacious and the room I stayed in was decently sized. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodated my late checkout request to an extent.

Employees at reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean but the elevator and hallways were not. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens but the couch was not comfortable and should be replaced.

The suite was great and the customer service people at the desk was helpful and friendly. I had a issue and it was resolved right away.

we book with hotels.com and when we arrived and he did call the front lobby guy he told us they dont have the room we booked for and have an alternative instead for the same prize. the place was horrible and disgusting and moldy and cracks and half of the hotel area was still underconstruction and i don’t understand why rating was average around when the place looks like 3 out 10. they also took a deposit of $150 on top of my booking of $178 i never had this issue from a previous hotel stay and never got charged almost double just for deposit.

The room had a smell and the bathroom was really dimly lit, lights missing and out, phone did not work in the room, flashed in the dark all night, tv was pixelating and flashing on and off. Gm was rude and they stole from me

Denied room due too Ii d issue

They very racist. Me and my kids was not in a hotel more than 30 minutes we got kicked out because I went downstairs to them with a concern about what someone say to my kids. The man got mad at me and told me I can get out his hotel, and now they would not refund me my money. p

We really enjoyed the friendly and compassionate employees.

Employee working the front desk seemed to be having a bad day. He talked to us with an attitude. When asked about the incidental fees he quoted us at $150 but the paperwork on the desk said $75 incidental fee. There were two prices for incidental fees and it was very confusing to the employee. The water in the bathtub came out brown with debris in it. We could not shower during our stay. I called down to the front desk and the employee said “they should have told you about that before checking you in.” He offered no accommodations for our problem.

They where running dehumidifier on three floors which means it was mold and moisture due to a Fire main busting I tried talking to the general manager and he was just as nasty as he wanted to be it was dogs staying on the third floor and it smelled like dog poop the entire stay

Outdated appliances. Old room compared with common areas... but ok.

I was so very disappointing in the customer service at this hotel…I booked a 2 bedroom suite and called twice to check on my reservation to make sure everything was okay they told me everything was good. I arrive and they tell that I no longer have that room…..I booked this hotel specifically for that particular room and nobody called me or told me that there was an issue. Then getting to the rooms that I didn’t want they were dirty. The manager on duty and the guest service agent was not at all sympathetic to the situation and it was my birthday that’s why I chose to stay there. Very disappointed I work for a hotel as well and it could have been better customer service than that.

The whole hotel was run down. My hotel room had marks all over it and had blood on the floor.

I like it. The staff is very courteous and helpful. the hotel is missing some entertainment for kids.

It was clean. We like Staybridge Suites because it has the separate bedroom deom the living space.

Terrific property; we would stay there again; good design; needs a little TLC in lobby and room maintenance; friendly and attentive staff; 5:30 am fire alarm was a bit upsetting but handled well by management
